We were walk in customers for some piercings, one wanted a 3rd lobe piercing added on both sides and a triple frontal helix piercing in one ear. The other girl wanted her tragus pierced. To start off the guy told us that a forward triple helix piercing is nothing but a fake picture all the white girls base their idea off of and that he “contacted the company” who has a picture of it on google images just to find out they were glued on. Although this bummed us out we went ahead with the other piercings. The guy refused to mark the spot where he would be piercing the tragus and insisted he knew where it went. He then gave no selection of jewelry and just used a ring (had we known this we would have just walked out). Lastly he was extremely rude to us throughout the entire visit. He didn’t start being nice till he saw the tip money which he really didn’t deserve. After the visit we headed to another shop where we got a forward triple helix piercing.... yes a real one that didn’t use stick on jewelry. Still find it extremely unprofessional that he assumed we wouldn’t do our reasearch and lied about the entire thing. Can’t wait to never go back! Read Less

Absolutely five stars. All of the artists in there are super sweet and professional. They open the needles in front of you and there are clues all over the shop to tell you they are clean and trustworthy. They'll take any design you give them and make it a reality 10 fold. My artist, Tim, worked closely with me to get my ideas to print and was quick with both of my tattoos. The most recent one took five hours, and towards the end we all started watching YouTube videos and cracking jokes. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and I will definitely be going back. Let me start off by saying I DO NOT recommend this place. Don't get me wrong there are good artist there but my experience with the artist Jesse was terrible. He gave me a good tattoo but his level of professionalism was well below par. I had an appointment scheduled and showed up to find him Mia. The other artist explained that he was sick, which happens so I understand but the fact no one had given me a call to let me know this information was very bothersome. So after 5 days have passed and no word from him, even after I left my contact info with them, I decided to show up and collect my deposit to take my business elsewhere.  Jesse told me I wasn't getting it back ( he took my money for work he didn't do) i understand not getting the money back if I didn't show up. but my artist completely blew me off and expected me to be fine with it. I would have rescheduled to finish my tat with him if he would of took some level of responsibility or even just a simple sorry or my bad but instead I got attitude from him. During Our conversation It didn't seem like he cared at all and was just happy taking my money. so unfortunately I'm in the process of going to small claims court. I would defiantly not recommend this place. There are plenty of other tattoo shops that do great work without the bullshit. Read Less

Been coming here 3 yrs now and absolulty love it there got a sweet portrait tattoo of my kids from josh he did an amazing job and had a cover up done and it turned out GREAT getting a new one tomorrow super excited, if your looking for a tattoo shop I highly recommend industry. I went here for my first tattoo, I was super nervous in the beginning but Kyle made my experience so, so wonderful. His design was beautiful and exactly what I was imagining, he had a gentle hand and took his time since he knew it was my first tattoo. My favorite part of the whole experience is that they had Netflix movies playing in the background, Kyle kept quoting Forrest Gump and it helped ease my anxiety significantly. Talked to Shay Perry while I was in Alaska about a drawing he did and I thought was perfect. When I got home we had a consultation and both of our visions were inline. The tattoo is perfect, I get compliments daily on it. I had one new element that I wanted included, and Shay worked it in flawlessly. His color work is bright and bold. Rose re-did the color on my mother and i's matching tattoos back in October and I knew I would be back for more.. yesterday she did a paw print tattoo that was taken from my dog and it turned out AMAZING! she took my imprint and inspiration samples and I let her have artistic freedom on the coloring/shading.thanks Rose! Out of the eleven tattoos that I have, nine of them have been inked at Industry Tattoo in Bellingham. I have had the best experiences at this tattoo parlor and recommend it to all my friends and family for their professional atmosphere, friendly artists, great prices, and quality tattoos.My first tattoo was a set of sun and moons done by Nick, and four years later they still look fresh and new without any fading or blurring. Nick also did part of an arm-piece sleeve and I'm constantly getting compliments on how well it was done. His color work is amazing and sticks for years. Jesse has done a couple of pieces for me, including two located on my feet, which are the most sensitive areas of the body to tattoo. In addition to being an artist who can work with people with ticklish feet, his detail work is great and his black line work is amazing. He also does fabulous work with nerdy/geeky tattoos as his work on my dark mark tattoo shows.My most recent tattoo is by Rose Ager and I couldn't be happier with it. After seeing several of my friends get tattoos for her and following her work on various social media sites (Instagram and Facebook) I decided to set up a consultation with her to talk about my piece I wanted done. She was incredibly friendly and personable and was able to work with me to get my piece exactly how I wanted. In fact, the color, size , shape and placement turned out 10x better than I even expected. Her pricing is fabulous, and she tells you upfront what it is going to cost. During my tattoo, she helped to keep my anxiousness down and let me get up and stretch several times. She works fast and has quality work. Will definitely be returning to her work on my other pieces. Went a few weeks ago to have Nick Suko start a tattoo that I've wanted for years. I'm not from the area so naturally, I was doing extensive research before choosing an artist. A few friends of mine had gotten work done at Industry so I decided to just pull the trigger.I called the shop and Lance was very courteous and scheduled me an appointment with a guest artist. I usually steer away from guest artists for obvious reasons but for some reason I went with it. So glad I did. I went on a Saturday and sat for about 4.5 hours. Nick does amazing work and I got to see a ton of other tattoos while I was there and all the artists' works looked awesome and people were so pleased. Brooks did some coverup art and it was amazing.
