I took my boyfriend in there for his birthday to finally have him get his first tattoo. We were both impressed at how friendly Erin an Jason were. They squeezed in a quick tattoo and did not rush at all. Jason took his time and made the experience for my boyfriend amazing. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family even strangers if I knew someone was trying to find a great tattoo shop. Light and steady hand, professional service and fairly priced! Took me in as a walk in when my daughter decided to get me a tat for my birthday. I'm truly in shock that Jason is still in business. I had a horrible experience today. I didn't want to finish my tattoo at his shop. He's not understanding of pain, he's not customer oriented, he's agitated and his responses are rude. I honestly did not feel comfortable around him. His work is also not that impressive. But mainly, what made this experience horrific was his attitude! As a business owner, your first priority should be customer service. Making sure your customers are treated kindly and friendly. He did the opposite. Please do not waste your time at this shop. There are other tattoo shops in auburn, close distance, that do much better work. I learned that the hard way unfortunately. Took my 13-year-old to get her ears pierced. We had to call ahead to make sure he was available, but he made the effort to get us in around his other clients. He did a great job and didn't rush--made sure everything was just right. Also, gave a little extra attention when she looked a little woozy after it was all said and done. Very kind & professional. My friend and I came in to get our ears pierced. I got 2 lobe and 2 cartilage and my friend got 2 lobe. Erin was our piercer and she was awesome!! She was cool, conversational and made it such a pleasant, comfortable experience. Really listened to what we wanted with great attention to detail. She was reasonably priced. Minimum pain. I highly recommend her! Some people came in after us wanting a tattoo and even tho she was the only one there, she didn't rush thru our piercings to get us out and move onto the next.
