I wish I could rate it higher, because the food has always great. But my piercing experience was horrible. (I have a cartilage piercing I'm still trying to save, it's extremely shallow. And I should have walked out then) Please go somewhere else for anything other than lobes, and even then, I wouldn't risk it. Read Less

I had a very pleasant experience here. I had heard excellent things prior to wanting to go in and check them out and when I found out a friend from years past worked there I decided to check them out. After visiting with the shop on a Saturday night and talking with the artists I realized they ran a very good place. I ended up going with Shane. He was able to take a drawing that my 8 year old daughter drew and executed it perfectly. Complete top notch professionalism all the way around. Read Less

i got my first piercing here (besides my ears) on my lip and ben was really careful and clean and was okay taking his time if it meant it was done right. i had pretty bad anxiety so i got sick after and he was rlly accommodating and helpful to make sure i was okay getting to the car. really recommend this place for piercings, and its well priced. I had my nose pierced recently by Tiffiney Rene, She did a great job of answering all of my questions, making me feel comfortable with her experience. I've had my nose pierced two times previously by others and with in a few days each time it became infected.and the jewelry that had been chosen was incorrectly sized for my nose. Tiffiney was able to choose the right size to fit me.and her after care has worked great. Very clean piercing room. I really loved my tattoo but i could tell Clinton had blown it out and the ink had leaked around the edges. I know this can happen sometimes so i went back and asked him about it even offering to pay to have it fixed. Well the Clinton i had met on previous visits was nowhere to be found. He was rude. Claiming he had to use his camera to see what i was talking about and claiming the discoloration was just my skin. After all his previous talk about standing by his work he totally made excuses for his mistake. I went down the street to Traditions and they covered up the blow out. My biggest disappointment is Clinton didnt stand by his work and his whole attitude towards me changed. After i went to Traditions i could tell the huge difference in the way each shop is run from cleanliness to how much more professional  Traditions is run. Read Less

The shop is cool and reasonably priced. Jacob Cross is a god. Savannah shows great promise. Ricky has a very distinct style - you either like it or you don't, and he's cool with that. Personally, I think his stuff is great. They're located on the upper level of the Mirkwood and Shire Cafe'. Everyone there is very freindly, and they'll bend over backwards helping you out if this is your first tattoo or piercing. Read Less
