I've known the tattoo artist Lucio for many years and he takes pride in the work he provides for his clients. The best part about him is the way he can put your idea and squeeze in a couple of his ideas to make your tattoo PERFECT! His shop is amazing, instantly you see his art work displayed and how passionate they are to keep their shop clean at all times. Definitely can't go wrong with booking him or his artist in the shop. First timer to this establishment to have piercings done. I wanted my midway cartilage and naval done. I called in and asked if there was a piercer and was told she comes in based on appointments. I called and asked if she used a needle instead of a gun and was set to come in an hour later. I get in and have to wait a little for her to show which is no big deal but then I go over to the lounge chair and she starts prepping and shows me the dot for cartilage placement, great okay, lean my head and boom it's in. It looks good. I ask her what gauge the earring is. No idea. Looks at the packaging to try and find out. Welp ok. From research it should be a 16g. But now after looking at it I'm pretty sure it's 18g. It's not a huge problem except the lack of knowledge and the lack of communication to me as to what I even wanted in. I didn't even pick out the piece of jewelry but tbh I was so anxious to get it done it slipped my mind to ask what was about to go in. On the phone I had told her I wanted my navel done as well but then changed my mind on the phone. After the midway was done she was like are you sure you don't wanna do naval now? I already have all the stuff out and you're already here. I said screw it why not. The prep for that begins and I'm given a bag of barbells to choose from. I was never asked to look at where the dot was placed but just a minute later when I was looking in the mirror, it's crooked. Well F***. It's too late. I then do not receive ANY aftercare instructions except to spray Bactine on it which was told after I asked and then she sprayed some of hers on. Granted I've already done all my research on how to care for new piercings I just wanted her advice because she's the expert supposedly. Btw it's been about 36 hours since this happened and last night I took that piercing out so it can heal and I can have it professionally done again in a month or so. My 2 stars are for the actual shop bc it was nice inside. They played nice music and it was clean. However, the fact that they contract out for this quality of work is upsetting. I looked on her Instagram page and found I'm not the only one who's had a crooked piercing done. Hopefully those people were smart enough to take there's out too. Lucio is awesome.  I got a black and grey quote in cursive with some shading and it's exactly what I envisioned!!  Lucio has a very steady hand, shades perfectly, not heavy handed and he is easy on the eyes which is great for those who have big pieces planned.  The shop is fun, clean and easy to find - I would definitely recommend and return to Lucio. Lucio is an amazing artist, he is very detailed and has such an amazing imagination. I have gotten a few tattoos by him. The most recent one he did, I gave him a few ideas on the piece that I wanted and he put it together and added more into it. Once he drew it out on paper I was in love with everything he added into it. Once the piece was done I was in tears of joy due to all the detail he added to it and how beautiful it looked. Lucio went above and beyond my expectation! And during the 6hr session I never once felt uncomfortable because everyone day is very relax and welcoming. Did my research in the area and ended up here. I came into the shop maybe a year or so ago to get a tattoo redone and Lucio killed it. He's done a total of 5 tattoos on me so far and we're not done yet. I get a bunch of compliments on the tats he's done and when I tell them who did it, they either say they heard about Lucio or want to check him out. Very cool dude and following him on social media I see how passionate he is about his craft. The atmosphere in the shop is great, clean, cool people, nothing but good vibes in there. The piercer was opening the bags of needles with her teeth, letting sterile items all on the floor and still using them, and using unclean items pulled from draws without even washing them. They also had open wounds from a recently getting a tattoo done on herself which she picked at with her gloves on while piercing. The clamp was not left on long enough to decrease the blood flow and thus make the area go numb but was forceful and rude with her comments. The tattoo artists didn’t wear gloves, stopped in the middle of tattooing to have conversations with random friends who continued to come in and out of the shop, and had clients leaning over fold out chairs instead of providing comfort. Very unprofessional place and extremely overpriced for the terribly outdated space and practices along with and most importantly their extreme uncleanliness. Read Less

The body piercer never gets back to you about making an appointment. They all sound very Uninterested in what you need. They all tell you different things so you never know what to do. Unprofessional people there. Last time i went they were tattooing and stopping to get on there phone. Read Less

Wow its all i can say , i have a half arm sleeve 4 others and another arm sleeve that mike went anove and beyond call of duty, its absoutley stunning , lines are impeccable not to mention the tattoos them selfeses i will never go anywhere else ive been to all in woodbridge , and as long as mike is there that is where ill go if he leaves ,my tattoos will stop , seriously hes amazing and will trust no one else ever again , Read Less

I didn't have to hard of a time finding the place and when I walked in there were a couple of people that greeted me and asked me what I needed to have done. I started of with the cross on my finger, but Ezee provided so much guidance with my other ideas, I decided to do the other ones as well. I made an appointment for 2 pm, arrived early, waited for 20 minutes after my appointment time, and the piercer did not show up or answer my calls. Her name is Skylar. Walked in without making a prior appointment for two 3hr + long tattoos. We were immediately helped and got the tattoos done! Both were done by Loto, both were done with excellent quality for a very fair price! Loto was a great artist and accommodated to us, and made the envision of our tattoos spectacularly! My wife and looked around for a very long time to find a tattoo shop that we felt comfortable with.  We were looking for a great artist, clean place and fair priced.  We found all 3 at Dale City Body Art.  We were referred to Kim, one of the artists.  Not only is she an amazing artist, but she is very creative when it came to design.My Tattoo turned out great and I get compliments on it all the time.  Kim exceeded all of my expectations and then some.  I will be coming back and referring anyone to this place that wants a Tattoo!
