I walked in and there was nobody there. I had to wait 25 minutes at the counter until a couple people came in from the back porch, and they all reeked of marijuana. I asked the artist to help me design my tattoo, and after conversing for 30 minutes he agreed to work on it and set an appointment for the following Wednesday. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and the artist was tattooing someone else. His response: “Oh, did you have an appointment today?” and “what did you want to get again? I don’t remember yours.” My appointment was for 4:30, and by 5:15 he was still tattooing a walk-in, so I left. Extremely disrespectful to me and my time. Loved the whole experience! Showed up as a walk in and talked to Burke. He said that Mandy was the artist for me. She did a beautiful tattoo for me. I will definitely be back to see her. This was not my first tattoo but this was the best work and customer service I've ever received at a tattoo shop. My husband will be back to see Burke. Me and my husband came in today for some tattoos (our first ones) they both did an amazing job! They were very friendly, and very informative. After visiting 2 other shops in the area that were way rude we ended up running across this shop. They were super friendly from the very beginning. Clean shop. Great prices. Mandy did my tattoo and I can say that it was much more than I expected. The color and detail put into my tattoo is amazing. She's allot of fun and easy to work with. We spent about 4.5 hours with them and enjoyed every minute.
