There are two things to rate: (1) facility, and (2) artist. Facility- very nice, in nice location. Decent part of town - near one of my favorite breakfast spots. Open and light with ample space for each artist to work. More importantly, ample space for the client to get comfortable. I am not the world's most tattooed individual, but I have been in 4 shops in disparate east coast cities. This is easily the nicest. On the downside - to me - is that I am older than the typical client by a long shot. I suppose I understand that heavy metal played loudly is associated with this activity. But I could live without it - at least at F18 level decibels. Artist - at the end of the day, this is most important. I walked-in because I saw the sign across from my tire repair shop. A young guy named "Nick" was unoccupied so he helped me. He was terrific. I had a definite idea of the images I wanted done but not of the arrangement. Nick was very helpful and had a very accommodating attitude. I had spent over an hour at another studio with another artist who kept telling me what could not be done. Turned me off badly so I cancelled the appointment and ate the $100+ deposit. I am glad I did. Very pleased with the end result here. Very detailed, very exacting lines. A few days later, Nick freshened up an old tattoo gone stale. On the other side of the coin, nick is on some difficult times at the moment and an accommodating ear on the client's part will help pass the time.

I love his place. The artists are friendly and the take your ideas and bring them to life. I have had three tatts done at this shop. The first one was done by Patrick and he brought it to life. He nailed exactly what I was looking for. This was a remembrance ro my father who had recently passed away. I could not have been happier.
My second tatt was done by Mondo. It was also a remembrance tatt for my grandparents and he knocked it out of the park.
My last was done by Mondo's protege Lewis. He did an awesome job in showing the love I have for my children.
The shop is FABULOUS. I give a big thanks to everyone there.

I came to this shop about 2 1/2 years ago and had a 3 quarter sleeve done by Patrick Loud. About 1 year after I had the work done, one of my friends noticed that there was a penis hidden in my tattoo....
I came to this shop about 2 1/2 years ago and had a 3 quarter sleeve done by Patrick Loud. About 1 year after I had the work done, one of my friends noticed that there was a penis hidden in my tattoo. I thought it could have been a mistake until I started piecing together conversations I had with Patrick about how he used to give people tattoos of cats that were made in the outline of a penis for free. I thought it was weird that he would do that but I assumed that he didn't hide penises in any of his regular work. I was wrong. Do not get any work from this artist or from this shop. They are over priced, unprofessional, and they occasionally like to disfigure their customers. The picture of the unicorn, samurai mask, and penis cat are all from his social media pages that seem to have penises hidden as well.

This shop is DIRTY and the artist Ashley Harvey has no A septic technique at all! she doednt wash her hands, no autoclave bags and uses dirty water to thin her ink, driving bacteria deeper than it should be. Its hard to believe that shop like this exist, I'm a medical professional and have been tattooing for 30+ years, I've never seen anything like that. The manager John was a total D bag and only wanted to argue with me. My wife had to go to the ER 12 hours after the tattoo and was treated for a severe infection. I have filed a complaint with the state, we will see what happens from here. There are so many good shops in VA beach go somewhere else STAY AWAY!!!

I went there on a Friday to see about getting a tattoo for that next Tuesday. I spoke to Jeff and after looking through the various books, I chose him. He made room in his schedule for me for that next week at 1. He drew exactly what I wanted. He listened and didn't judge me and took me seriously. He was on time and patient and stuck to the price I agreed on. I love my tattoo and have received various compliments about it. I got a wolf eating a smaller toe I have and it looks exactly like that. He changed the placement as I wished and just wanted to make I was happy. He repeatedly asked me if I was ok, if I needed breaks, and minded the gash on the underside of my foot. I'd return in a heart beat. His light hand was great too.

I recently visited the shop to have a tattoo cover-up where I met Jon aka Sillyy. He saw my mess and I gave him my floral idea. Everything else was all him. He took my idea and turned it into a detailed master piece. He is genuinely concerned about the experience you receive and to make sure the end result looks fantastic. Not only will I be going back but, I mean it when I say check them out. New location off of Newtown Rd and Princess Anne in the little yellow building. The shop is clean and has an overall relaxed atmosphere.

There are two things to rate: (1) facility, and (2) artist. Facility- very nice, in nice location. Decent part of town - near one of my favorite breakfast spots. Open and light with ample space for each artist to work. More importantly, ample space for the client to get comfortable. I am not the world's most tattooed individual, but I have been in 4 shops in disparate east coast cities. This is easily the nicest. I love his place. The artists are friendly and the take your ideas and bring them to life. I have had three tatts done at this shop. The first one was done by Patrick and he brought it to life. I got a wolf eating a smaller toe I have and it looks exactly like that. He changed the placement as I wished and just wanted to make I was happy. He repeatedly asked me if I was ok, if I needed breaks, and minded the gash on the underside of my foot. I'd return in a heart beat. His light hand was great too.

I'm very happy with this tattoo shop I will be going back and I have finally found amazing tattoo artist .. So ask for Patrick he's very good at what he does thanks everyone

I recently visited the shop to have a tattoo cover-up where I met Jon aka Sillyy. He saw my mess and I gave him my floral idea. Everything else was all him. He took my idea and turned it into a detailed master piece. He is genuinely concerned about the experience you receive and to make sure the end result looks fantastic. Not only will I be going back but, I mean it when I say check them out. New location off of Newtown Rd and Princess Anne in the little yellow building. The shop is clean and has an overall relaxed atmosphere.

This place is amazing!!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would. It's crazy clean, and everyone in there was super nice!! I got tattooed by Jon Sillyman and to say he's fantastic would be a HUGE understatement! He listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. He didn't rush me thur the process and made sure that I was getting the exact tattoo that I wanted. If you want an amazing tattoo, do yourself a favor and go here! You will not regret it. He just may be the best in Hampton roads

I got a tattoo here as kind of a spur of the moment idea while on vacation. I've looked at the shops work before and I really liked it so I decided to stop in while I was in the area. This place is so CLEAN. And I was promptly greeted at the front, super nice guys. Jeff did my tattoo and I seriously love it. Highly recommend this place

Really cool, clean, small street style tattoo shop that caters to custom work but can handle any type of walk in work as well. Professional setting, fun atmosphere and a comfortable place to get tattooed. The artists here are all really talented and it's proving to be the new up and coming successful tattoo shop in the area. Go check them out and see for yourself, and while you're there get a new tattoo or refresh/cover up an old one.
