Came in as a walk-in. Noticed the place was very clean and well organized. The albums for the artists were out in the open and those were organized as well. I spoke with Garlend about getting an Edgar Allan Poe tattoo on my left calf and he was willing to bounce ideas and styles around to see what I liked and what flowed best for what I wanted. Garlend is very friendly, knowledgeable, and went through the whole process to make sure I knew what was going on. He would periodically ask if I needed to readjust and how I was doing.
