I've been to my fair share of tattoo shops in my day and Sandbridge takes the cake. From the moment I walked in to set an appointment, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. I shared my ideas with the receptionist and I was paired with Garland Harris who was just as excited for this tattooing adventure as I was. It's always fun to be paired with an artist who is as exciting to work with you as you are to work with them. Garland was patient; he was meticulous with everything, which I greatly appreciate. From the moment I stepped into the studio I was treated, not as a customer, but as family.  The level of professionalism was something I had never experienced before in a tattoo studio.  Everyone was courteous and awesome.  What struck me was the fact that everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there.  It came as no shock to me after meeting the owners Tom and his wife.  Choosing any of the artists is a no brainer, they are all on this team for a reason I suspect.  That being said, Garland came out to greet me a he was in-between clients. Upon shacking his hand and spending a few seconds with him, I wanted to appoint immediately.  He answered all my questions and very quickly knew exactly what I was envisioning. I never felt rushed, but was given as much time as I needed to discuss what I was after. I had never experienced the level of curtesy and kindness  Being able to handle all the paper work and deposit on line was awesome.  And the texts and emails confirming appointments further demonstrated the professionalism and boutique experience.  Though I have one more session, Garland already knocked another one out of the park and (aside from my wife who's not a fan of ink...to bad honey I got like six now) I couldn't be more thrilled with his artistry.  Look no further than Sandbridge Tattoo for your next ink experience. I loved how comfortable the atmosphere was the second you walked in. The front desk staff and owner greeted us and were able to pencil my mom and I for an appointment today. Our artist was Stan and he was great. We gave him our thoughts and ideas and he was able to design exactly what we wanted! For me this was my first tattoo and I'm so glad I chose Sandbridge Tattoo. Stan really went above and beyond to really make my piece special to me, as it was in memory of my grandmother and my childhood dog. I will be back and referring friends/family. I worked with Tommy, I had to book 7-8 months out but it was well worth the wait! Most of the artists there don't have much of a wait to get in, and their work looks great. They seem to be pretty picky on who they let work there, which is a good thing. Every piece I saw was very well done by every artist. I will definitely be back for my next piece. This shop is amazing! I spoke to Crystal on the phone about setting up an appointment and she told me to fill out the consultation form online. Upon filling it out, I got a response in less than 15 minutes and was told to come in right then because an appointment ended early! Great customer service and the shop itself has an awesome chill vibe. The space was also super clean with private rooms for each artist. My story is long and requires more space then is allowed. I was recommend to Sandbridge Tattoo by a coworker who knew Garland Harris. My husband and I were at Route 91 with my sister. We were involved first hand with the horror of that night and wanted all three of us to get a tattoo on the same day with the same basic design to help take another step towards healing. When I called I couldn't even get through the call without crying and the receptionist was so sweet and told me it was ok and waited for me to get some composure. When I came in and talked to Garland I again got upset and he was so caring and let me know he would be honored to do our tattoos. I felt like he genuine cared and so did everyone in the shop. On the day of the tattoo it was emotional and all the other artists who were there came in and checked on us and gave us our support. Who does that? These people care and you just don't get that anymore. As far as Garlands work is concerned it's pure perfection. We wanted a symbolic tattoo of the three of us which is the triangle and the Route 91 sign with the date. There is no forgiveness with black and white and straight lines. The tattoo is beautiful and clean lines and striking. He is a true artist and a caring artist. I could go on and on about him and Sandbridge Tattoo, they just good people with wonderful talent. First off this was my first tattoo, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I chose SBT because of the great reviews. When you walk in you immediately know this place is clean and very well decorated (not some germy hole in the wall). The front desk staff are excellent and helpful. I came here for a small walk in tattoo i had in mind. As soon as I walked in I knew this please was different. It looked and felt a nice classy place unlike your average tattoo parlor, I was greeted at the front seat by the lady who was amazingly helpful and chatted with me while I waited and genuinely took an interest. I met with the artist stan who I described what I was after and with a little chat he went away a drew up my design knowing exactly what I wanted! The studio is real clean and with tv and all the equipment you can't go wrong. Stan was great and we chatted away about tattoos and how he started. If recommend this place to anyone who is either looking for a first tattoo or more artwork doing. Met with Tommy, but ended up with Stan getting some fresh, custom ink yesterday. Thoroughly enjoyed the shop's atmosphere. The young lady up front was very pleasant to speak with, and I thoroughly enjoyed talking with Stan during the tattoo. This is the first shop I've been to that utilizes technology to help customers keep track of appointments via text message and email. I've been getting tattoos for quite sometime, so I pretty much know the routine as far as after⋯⋯care goes, but when I got home I couldn't remember how long to use ointment before switching over to plain lotion. I just happened to look at my email, and there it was: aftercare instructions that had been sent to me just before I left the shop! Very classy move you guys! Can't wait to come back for more.
