Came to VA for a short visit for hubby, and we both decided to get a tattoo together. Before heading to this shop we went around asking prices, and have an idea on how they would design my tattoo the way I wanted by showing a picture. So many places gave me estimates and price right away and not showing me a how big it was nor how it would look, yet with continued search my husband and I saw Cleveland Tattoo Shop and decided to inquire one last time and to our surprise they did what we wanted and expected. They drew up the piece I wanted and what I wanted in it, gave me a size and price for each size up and I must say it was great. Decided and asked if there was any opening same day, and thankfully there was since I was leaving on Monday morning, and also squeezed my husband last minute.They provided great service, knowledge, listened to what I and my husband wanted, gave knowledgeable advice as well.Stinger was our tattoo artist and did the job wonderfully and would ask if we were okay when getting our tattoo done, not only did he show a great service from beginning to end..he was also honest, listen, and assure everything was okay.This was my second tattoo being done, and experience was GREAT! I went into this shop for the first time yesterday for their Friday the 13th tattoo special and I liked that the event wasn't advertised publicly because it made the entire experience much more enjoyable for everyone. Artists weren't rushed and the quality of my tattoo is a lot better than that of all previous Friday the 13th ink I have. I'm satisfied for sure and I'll probably be back into the shop again. I have a difficult time conveying what I want in a tattoo, but I walked in and looked through several portfolios and talked to an artist. He sketched something up for me to look at... I hated it, but we talked it over and Tony was very patient while we worked to get exactly what I wanted. He sketched it up, we sized the drawing and I went home with an appointment to get my new tattoo. The whole process was very good. I saw the needles come out of the package and the ink go into fresh and sterile holders. All the equipment that was reusable (the chair, the cord to the gun, the counter/trey supplies we're resting on) was wrapped in fresh plastic wrap. Anytime he had to touch my skin, Tony put on a fresh set of gloves. My tattoo is exactly what I wanted and I would/will go back next time I'm inspired. Read Less
