Went in today and got my second tattoo overall, but my first from Imagine Ink. I came with a friend, both of us wanting script tattoos. From the moment we walked in to the moment I left, Joe was super sweet and polite. He welcomed us in and helped us pick what we want. He thanked us for coming and tolerated me and my friends nervous, dumb babble. It was her first tattoo and so we joked around to distract ourselves. My Chickadee (pet name for my daughter) turns 18 today. Yesterday, we had the fabulous pleasure of getting Mother Daughter Tattoos @ Imagine Ink. We chose this as our place because of Cassi. She is a Rock Star! We had an amazing day celebrating my daughter's entrance to adulthood and the tattoos were the icing on the cake. Imagine Ink is THE tattoo parlor in Roanoke and surrounding areas and Cassi is THE artist! I haven't had a tattoo in 23 years until yesterday. I feel more in more future. when I first called and made an appointed it was for the sides of my hands...I was not made aware that the ink would not stay....I also wasn't told that I got my work done by an apprentice until I overheard an artist talking about her today which makes sense cause the words didn't come out right even when it was showing...she told me if the ink didn't stick to come back within 6 months and she would fix it..so the artist at the front askes for a deposit im like what why...why should i pay for a deposit or anything for a tat that didnt stick and was told it would be redone.honestly the artist in the front was looking at me as if I was lieing I wouldn't have wasted my money on a chance for it come out. Where the customer service?I count this as a loss and will never come here gain or recommend this place to any1 else. Read Less
