I spent 8.5 long hours at Aces & Eights in the spring of 2014 getting my back piece from Germ. I followed Germ (he's so talented and just a super nice guy) from his previous tattoo parlor and I'm so glad I did. Aces & Eights is a really nice place to get a tattoo. It's bright, clean, and feels spacious. When you're hunkered down for a big tattoo, it helps to be in a pleasant, aesthetically pleasing environment. When it's time for my next tattoo, I'll be more than happy to go back! If you choose Aces & Eights, keep this in mind - it's on the VCU campus, so parking is tough. Either be prepared to park a little far away where there are no meters (go west on Broad), or have someone drop you off. Read Less
