I went to get my son a tattoo for his 16th birthday. I met with a transgender tattoo artist the said he'd do the tattoo for 300. I agreed then once he photo shopped the tattoo it was missing half of the picture for one then he charged me an additional 100 just to shed the tattoo . So at he end of the day I ended up paying 400 for a very small tattoo . My bud just got his son a tattoo from blue horseshoe that did his entire chest for 500 . Now I feel I was ripped off so I contacted the owner which is a nice guy . He said he understood and had the artist contact me . Well the conversation started off with the shops hourly rate which he said was 100 per hour . Not thinking about the fact I took pictures and videos of my sons first tattoo experience which are time stamped I looked at the pictures and he worked on my son for 1 hour and 45 minutes which included talk time laugh time pay time (extra by the way ) . So I'm my opinion I'd stay away from this place unless you want a artist that really ain't customer anyway rather a photo shop tracer . I should have listened to the initial shop I went to that couldn't do minors but advised strongly that he wouldn't recommend anywhere in my area . Got my second tattoo here, great experience! Went for a walk-in and was able to get a 2.5 hr appointment. Greg was my man for the tattoo and he was great! Incredibly friendly and talented. Greg was my artist when I went for a tattoo. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was light as well. The tattoo parlor was neither hot or cold, so I wasn't shivering or sweating profusely. The floors looked like they were cleaned regularly and the countertops were kept clear as well. Greg took the time to explain each step of the process, even to the point of showing us the expiration date of the needle he used so we could be assured that it was safe - I've never had anyone do that before. He was very careful with the placement of the tattoo, taking the time to make sure it was perfect. I could tell that he sincerely cared about making sure my daughter and I were happy with her tattoo. Everyone who was working there very obviously love their job and it shows. I will not hesitate to go back to Greg for future tattoos, and I highly recommend him to everyone! Read Less

I had one of my best tattoo experiences ever here! They took the time to help me pick out exactly what design I wanted, they were able to add and subtract certain details that I wanted and it was such a warm and friendly environment. I felt very comfortable with my whole process and I can't wait to go back for more. I highly recommend this shop over the ones who may be advertising on the radio. It is kind of a hidden place in a shopping center near the mall, but it really deserves more than enough business! I had such a warm and comfortable experience here! I had an amazing experience getting my first tattoo. Greg is a true professional, and all around great guy. He made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the entire experience.Before my appointment I received outstanding customer service.  I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but Greg helped me with my decision.   He asked for some ideas and together brainstormed until I was happy with the idea. I brought my son in to get a tattoo from Greg this past weekend!  First, Chris was amazing at the front desk.  She was so helpful and accommodating that I was ready to come in and meet Greg!  He was equally as nice!!!!  He not only took his time to make sure my son was getting what he was asking for...but he went over the entire procedure and made sure that we were well informed.  He took his time and made sure the art was just as planned!  He did an AMAZING job!!!!   He and staff are very professional and the studio is clean and neat.  Why go anywhere else.....I think his work is fantastic.  He is probably one of the best around.  If you are looking for a professional, talented artist....Greg is your man!  I promise, you wont be disappointed! My family and I went into this shop to all get matching tattoos. Greg tattooed my older family members with such careful hands that it looked like he was tattooing paper. Everybody loved the shop. The experience you get here is different than a lot of shops; It's much more personal. You never see artists with headphones in they are always as engaged as the customer wants to be.
