Went for a cover up after receiving recommendations for this shop. Steve did my tattoo. Total tattoo time was 1 hour and 15 min.... Total time in chair was 3 hours. Steve kept taking breaks at the bar next door visiting his friends. He told me he hated to leave them over there and just walk away from a conversation. Took my daughter over yesterday to get a new Tattoo from Kevin. It was my first time being in this shop. I have to say I am very impressed. Shop is super clean, great atmosphere, all the people working there are very friendly, and my daughters tattoo looks great. Kevin Rose is the man! Everyone who works there is friendly and make you feel completely comfortable. I went in months ago to get a cover up on my ribs and he hand drew what I wanted directly on my ribs. After 3-4 sessions he finished it. The sessions were long and painful but he definitely made it easier and easier every time I went in. He used some sort of numbing ointment on me that worked like a charm. Had a tattoo started at another place, but had developed some bad scar tissue in the tattoo. Went on a ride with some friends and they told me about the guys. I walked in and showed Kevin what had been done. He told that he could help me and would fix it for me. I will have all my tattoos done there. Art Attack is one of the most laid back, friendly and fun tattoo shops I've ever been in!! I have had work done from every artist in the place except for Denise but in time she might wind up putting something on me..but to get back to the subject it's one of the most down-to-earth realist experiences you will ever encounter!! I went in Tuesday after not having a tattoo done in like 7 years! Everyone was welcoming and super nice I booked an appointment for today and goodness am I so happy I did !! Steve Cobb did the foot piece for me and even tho we didn't discuss the meaning of the tattoo to me, I want to say that I did cry about it it's exactly what I wanted and It means so much to me. He did an absolutely fantastic job, it is beautiful and free hand drawn and I couldn't be happier that I choose this shop and had the pleasure of hanging out with Steve today! Kevin and Steve are amazing artists. A good co-worker of mine got his quarter sleeve done and his tribal fixed by Kevin. Because of his great recommendation I went to check them out because I was looking to get more tattoos done. Therefore Steve becoming my tattoo artist. He did my ampersand symbol which was my way of testing his skills and building a rapport with him and getting a feeling for his work. Obviously I enjoyed his experience and work ethic. I went back to get my back done, he literally drew what I pictured in my head and got the whole outline done in 2.5 hours. At an amazing price can't top that. I went to art attack with a very general idea and a few references of what I wanted. Artist Kevin Rose took my few references and made my tattoo look better than I could of ever imagined. I couldn't be any happier with how it came out.
