Likely the worst business model I've ever experienced. This place only does walk-in appointments which consisted of me waiting over 4 hours with no updates or place to sit other than the floor. I went in with my friend to support her while she got her tattoo, they told us there where 3 people ahead of us and have us no time estimate other than "It shouldn't be too long". We waited hours with no communication from the staff. We could not leave because she would lose her spot in line. Another issue is one of the staff members continually said inappropriate things to us. He may no longer be there, but it was concerning to have your male tattoo artist offer to pierce your nipples for free as a female. Comparing the work of the tattoo to work I've had done in richmond, they were blurry and faded. They also require ten more dollars for touch ups even though it was from their carelessness in the original session. Read Less

Joey's work is phenomenal!!! But he's not the only reason to go here! This whole bunch is very talented and awesome human beings. Any wait is made pleasurable by the crew. I've only gotten one piece so far but I promise there will be many more. And only one piece is all it takes to become a walking billboard! The work speaks for itself. The many strangers who will stop to comment on how beautiful it is and ask where is just a bonus! I went yesterday to get my belly button pierced. Kenny was very supportive and made sure I was comfortable and joked around with me to make me less nervous of what I was about to do. The area was sanitary and I was pleased with the outcome with a cute bar too! My cousin got a Tarot card by LC. He's amazing and is precise with his work making sure to she was happy with the work. My boyfriend, who got a tattoo by Nic, is very pleased with his work too. Nic has a great personality, is friendly, and frequently checked on him to make sure he was comfortable and okay. Got a vertical labret piercing. It wasn't centered. After the piercer ensured me it wasn't crooked. And that he would make sure it's centered. I asked if he would pierce it again free of charge and said no because I agreed to where he placed the dot at before piercing but he pierced it diagonally which made it more to the left and not centered. My daughter and I visited Kiss of Ink for the first time yesterday for our first tattoos. We were welcomed by Joe and Fabe upon arrival. Fabe did our tattoos and we are very pleased with his work. The entire staff is very welcoming and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Great prices and clean environment. Would definitely refer others and possibly return for another tattoo myself.
