Angela is the absolute BEST! I was so nervous coming in here, especially since I basically had no eyebrows to work with. From the very start, she gave off such a calming, caring and genuine persona. She sat down with my fiancé and I, gave us all the information regarding the procedure , what to expect, and answered any questions that we had. She was very thorough with all her measurements and always consulted with me before proceeding forward. Angela really listens to what you are looking for and always gave back honest suggestions. I knew I was going to be in excellent hands from the very start with Angela! I am so glad I trusted her , because I absolutely love my eyebrows and have received so many wonderful compliments on them! Everyone kept asking me, where did I get them done and who did them! I was more than happy to refer Angela, as she deserves all the business in the world! Angela truly has made my mornings easier and has brought life back to my face! Thank you Angela, I am forever grateful for you and your hard work! 5+++++ stars!!!

Angela is amazingly talented! A friend of mine who is an aesthetician recommended that I find someone who is a certified cosmetic tattoo artist to do my microblading. And, why wouldn't you want someone to be properly trained to put something semi-permanently on your face? I don't trust anyone- male or female- with crazy eyebrows. And, I wasn't trying to look like I had done them myself with McDonald's arches prison tattooed in green on my face. She is meticulous and makes sure that you are happy with the shape and color. I have had people stop me while at the store and ask me about my eyebrows. That has never before happened to me. I love them. I look so put together from the moment I wake up! You will not be disappointed. The price might sound expensive but imagine how much money you have spent waxing and or threading your eyebrows over your lifetime! I think it is worth every single penny.

Angela at Pari Cosmetics is perfection!!! I did a lot of research before getting my eyebrows microbladed. I have been to her three times now and have left so happy that I did. She is such a perfectionist and has great attention to detail. She is a true artist. She is so kind and professional and makes you feel so comfortable. She never rushes and truly takes her time and works with you every step of the way to make sure you're comfortable and happy with the results. I highly recommend her to anybody who wants micro blading done. Her office is so clean and relaxing and her work style is so sanitary as well.

Angela, I have nothing but high praises and appreciation for my outstanding procedure July 2017. I can't stop gawking in the mirror and looking at my pictures. My friends and family are beyond impressed and green-eyed, lol. Location: Very easy to find. Office is located in a professional building name Bradlee Office/Medical Building with plenty of free parking; Angela's Suite is on the 3rd floor, Room C8. One can use the elevators or take the stairs.Office Environment: Very clean and organized. Angela shares her space with a beautician whom I thought was pretty funny. Mind you there are doors that separate the two rooms. Once the door is closed the room becomes soundproof. Procedure: Very thorough, very detailed, meticulous and very, VERY sanitary. Angela will, in tedious specificity, explain the pre-procedure, actual procedure and post follow-up directions. I was beyond impressed and comfortable throughout the entire process. I felt no pain and for that I was so thankful! I was extremely nervous, but within minutes of starting I almost felt like falling asleep! So relaxed. Angela, with her professional expertise, will handheld, guide you throughout the selections, measuring, photos, framing and shaping. She's simply amazing! Angela, you are such a sweetheart (very funny too) and consummate professional. I have told three of my friends about you and given them your information. They are now totally envious! I definitely made the right decision when I contacted you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! :)))) I am beyond satisfied and I don't regret the price tag, because honestly I am saving more money long-term, plus I know that you are a perfectionist and all your clients, including myself, leave satisfied and happy! Highly (extremely) recommend!

I am so glad I found Angela and Pari Permanent Cosmetics for my eyebrows. I was not familiar with micro blading, but seeing as I had tried other methods with little to no success, I was willing to give it a try. It was a great decision! I love the results.Angela herself is awesome. She is kind and really cares about what you are looking to achieve. Her office is very clean, and she is gentle and very precise. I was made to feel very comfortable from the minute I arrived.You really can't go wrong here! I would highly recommend you use Pari. It's been a really good experience for me!

I had been looking for a place in the DMV that does micro blading for about a month... and someone recommended this place to me! Angela is an absolute pleasure to work with! Her facility is very convenient, and easy to get to! Tons of free parking!Her office is very clean and comfortable. Angela is a perfectionist... she literally sees everything that you don't see when doing your brows... she wants them to be perfect! And wants you to be nothing but 100% satisfied. I am so glad I don't want to wake up an extra 20 min to draw on my brows! I get tons of compliments on my new look! Highly recommend her!

Angela is the absolute BEST! I was so nervous coming in here, especially since I basically had no eyebrows to work with. From the very start, she gave off such a calming, caring and genuine persona.
