My husband and I came in to get our wedding rings tattooed. My husband also got a beer Hop bud tattooed on the back of his neck. Rachel and John were both very friendly! I told Rachel I didn't reall...
My husband and I came in to get our wedding rings tattooed. My husband also got a beer Hop bud tattooed on the back of his neck. Rachel and John were both very friendly! I told Rachel I didn't really want just a plain band but something still girly. She designed a beautiful vine right on the spot and it's perfect! The studio was so clean and neat. John mentioned a lot about how bad of a bleeder my husband is which made him somewhat uncomfortable but the tattoo still came out great and was still fairly friendly aside from that. I already know I would drive the 2.5 hours to VT to see Rachel again!

Nose piercing yesterday and loved it! Had a great time with Johnny and Rachel. Very sweet and made me feel very comfortable.

If you're a woman, I would go somewhere else. The owner made a lot of sexual comments to me while doing my tattoo - they were all passed off as "jokes." I came in twice - he gave me a great price when...
If you're a woman, I would go somewhere else. The owner made a lot of sexual comments to me while doing my tattoo - they were all passed off as "jokes." I came in twice - he gave me a great price when I laughed off his comments, and an unreasonably high price when I wasn't as friendly.
To top it all off, the next tattoo artist I went to said the tattoo had poorly done lines and shadows in the wrong places. If you want a great tattoo in Brattleboro, go to Faithful Few on Putney Road instead.

Both Jon and Rachell were so nice, initially went there for a new tattoo and decided to redo an old one. Jon was flexible he did an amazing job.

I got a nice coverup done by Jon with assistance from Rachell, I love the atmosphere and these guys made me feel a lot better about getting tattoos in the future.

Myself and my wife just got tattoos at Strange Brew and we could not be more happy with them. I have had bad tattoos in the past done and this place was great it was so great that I went back the following week to have a bad tattoo of mine fixed by Rachel and it to looks amazing. I would say anyone looking for a great Tattoo shop in Brattleboro to check them out.
The staff was great very friendly and kind to us both you people that think they are under par maybe should think about it this is a tattoo shop not a nail salon just saying that a little gruff comes with the biz get over it. Its the art that matters and this shop has artist working there.
