I just scheduled by 5th session with Alex. Very happy with her technique and professionalism - she has a great attitude and a positive calming energy. I am seeing good results especially after this last treatment and have high hopes for the end result. In addition to the tattoo fading, my skin seems smoother where I had some scarring in an area they went too deep on the tattoo originally. People need to know this process is not for the faint of heart. It hurts. It hurts a lot. I had two sessions here and my tattoo is just as dark. I actually MISS my old tattoo in comparison to whatever the hell this mess is. I realize two sessions is not a lot but I was promised I would see at least a little difference after going through all that pain and there is absolutely no change. I am very disappointed, I called four times to ask questions but even a call back was too much to ask. All this place does is take money.
