They had what i was looking for. At a reasonable price. I have to day this is the best smoke shop in utah. I've been to just about all of them in the salt lake valley. The staff at smoked out ink are great. Very helpful and very willing to do what they can and take care of there customers. I have always been happy with the service i have been given. Even when I wasn't happy with a new e juice I had bought. They took it back no questions asked and recommended another that i loved. You guys.. I can not tell you how much I love this place! I got one of my fingers tattooed and it turned out beautifully! With fingers you have to expect touch ups. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Usually, when you call ahead to find out if a company provides a service you expect to get correct information... this was not the case... We arrived and basically got stopped in our tracks with judgement and disrespect like we were idiots for showing up. When we said we had called ahead (to confirm services and hours of operation) their response was ... "well you didn't talk to me". I have never been treated so rudely. Simpl...y don't waist your time, they don't hold to the hours of operation, they are rude and condescending and have no desire to educate anyone whom might not know certain things relating to services provided or procedures... Best prices I have been able to find! The two times I have been in, the owner has been extremely helpful and pleasant! He showed me their weekly deals! I can't believe on Tuesdays you buy one juice and get another free. I also talked with one of the tattoo artists about a cover up, and he showed me his work. Which was absolutely amazing!
