I had some tattoos repaired by the shop a while ago from the tattoo artist that I had known a lot had left because of the management I was also informed when I asked for these artist that I was pushy and that they had left and I was being pushy and I had to have a done there I cannot believe the level of unsanitary conditions that they were providing inside the shop when I had taken a look inside and as someone with an auto immune disease I Need sterility it was really discouraging to me I do not recommend any body go to this shop the artists are mediocre and every one I have asked and seen that I’ve seen has had to be covered up and/or redone. I’m sad to say that the customer service sucked. And this place really went down hill. I finally tracked down the artists that I know and love at body heaven tattoo. I had an old shoulder tattoo I wanted to cover. I came in and worked with Cartoon. He did an AMAZING job on my cover up. Everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful. Janae was a huge help in answering questions when I first contacted Convicted Ink asking about the cover up. Janae pierced my Daith on Monday, there was minimal pain, she was quick, professional and explained everything to me, which I love. I have connected with my fellow artist shop manager and owner in a way I didn't expect and were all like family . Some reviews on this page don't seem to be very accurate, at least not when compared with my experiences. if you are expecting a tattoo parlor with artists who take pride in their work and are dedicated and treat you with respect and give you exactly what you want, then you will be happy with this place.
