Called about getting a small tattoo and was told they had several artists available and to just stop by, when we showed up we were completely ignored. Two guys were busy doing some work on other people but one guy was just sitting around doing nothing. He even looked up at us a few times and continued ignoring us. Couldn't even throw out a "i'll be right with you guys" We continued to wait because maybe he was in the middle of something (didn't seem that way) or maybe someone was going to come from the back to help us. Would not come back here. If a shop can't even have customer service skills how am i supposed to trust them with putting something permanent on my body?

I will recommend Justin and the other artists at this shop to anyone. This is my fourth tattoo in a fourth location and Golden Spike is the the most comfortable, friendly shop I have been to.

The talent in this shop is abundant. The environment is clean and they make you feel so comfortable. Neeko is an awesome artist and I won't be going anywhere else. He truly cares about his clients and really listens to what they want, and he is phenomenal at creating pieces that really "fit" the person. I felt right at home, and I was kind of bummed when it was time to go, because I was honestly having fun! Seriously, go check them out.

Called about getting a small tattoo and was told they had several artists available and to just stop by, when we showed up we were completely ignored.
