Just got my tattoo done by Xavier, and he was amazing. My tattoo looks so much better than I thought it would, and the entire staff and atmosphere of the shop was fun and exciting. X was very knowledgeable about his practice and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. Everything was clean and sanitary from start to finish. I've never gone into a tattoo shop and I personally have no tattoos. I reached out to this tattoo shop about getting my daiths pierced to help my migraines. I was nervous going in but I have never been treated so well by a complete stranger. Jake, the owner, was extremely accommodating to my schedule and was very quick to offer to come to his own shop when ever I got home that night. He did my piercing and although it hurt like hell he had the best bedside manner I've ever ex...perienced. I almost passed out upon piercing my first ear and he immediately offered me his own coke, and grabbed me candy. He made me feel very safe and reassured me to not feel embarrassed by being "week" which I totally am! He let me sit there as long as I wanted until I felt ready for the next one. I could not be more impressed with Jake and the staff at this studio! I got my double helix and my daughter got her ears pierced. My daughter was young and I didn't want to go to the mall where they use the gun, but she was really scared and was not cooperating. I can't believe how great the staff with her! Someone put Disney songs on, they used soft, encouraging words, and were so patient and kind. She even got a bracelet after from a different tattoo artist. My daughter can't wait to go back in the weeks to come and show her big girl earrings to Jake. Thanks guys! I will recommend this studio to everyone I know. Read Less

Worst experience I've ever had with a "business". Paid $250 to set up an appointment one night while drunk. The next day, within 12 hours of making the appointment I quickly text Xavier to cancel so he could make other arrangements for the time we had set up. He told me he had already spent all the money and said he would get me some back. A week or 2 later I simply asked him to tell me when he would get me the money by. He became very rude and told me I shouldn't be getting anything back. I then got ahold of the owner who seemed nice and helpful, telling me he would make it right. Xavier must've later lied to the owner and management saying he had left money for me to pick up (I never received a call or text of this). The manager then got ahold me. By now it had been about a month. After we talked he seemed to agree that he would get me 50% back. I thought this was fair. It's now been 2 months and I haven't seen a dime. They don't respond to my texts or phone calls and when they do its always another excuse. Horrible experience, I've never been jerked around so much. This was probably best of all my tattoo sessions from various shops. The place is great, relaxing atmosphere, very clean. My artist was Liz McFarland. She was the best. Thanks to Jake and Jeremy for making our experience a good one! They are very friendly and personable. I got my Daith pierced which is proven to help some people with migraines. I was willing to try it since I've suffered with chronic headaches since age 12. I would definitely recommend Jeremy to do it! He was fast, and did an awesome job!
