I have never received such poor customer service. I was looking to get my first tattoo when my coworker recommended this company to me. I saw they were having their $13 tattoo on the $13 and reached out with a question. I did read their flyer but still inquired if the tattoo could be tweaked a bit. Finally a week later I sent a follow up because I hadn't heard back. Instead of simply answering no or yes we can but it's not part of the special they were down right rude and said I should have answered my own question by reading the flyer. I had told them I read the flyer but clearly still had a question. I decided to write a review on their facebook page where they decided they would post the screen shots of our conversation (further proving my point) but it didn't stop there. Their customers started chiming in on my review and started condescending me. Instead of stopping the pettiness the company continued on with it. I couldn't even comment to defend myself because they took my ability to comment or message them away. I went to wicked sensation last night to change my smiley piercing and Collin was the one to change it, But the thing is, he couldnt put it back in. He was usuing his fingers instead of the proper tools to put it back in. The pain was so bad that i told him to stop twice cause i almost fainted. He told me that i shouldn't of even pierced my smiley cause the skin was to small but he offered to pierce it again once it healed up for 20$. I asked him to use the tools but he refus...ed cause he likes usuing his fingers witch isn't acceptable. He smelled like smoke and it made me sick to my stomach cause his face was in mine and that was another reason why i almost fainted cause i didnt wanna breath because he stunk so bad. He told me that my smiley had closed and thats the reason it wouldnt go in but if he would have used the tools i asked for and would have lifted my lip so he could actually see the hole, we wouldnt of had an issue. He told me that it wasnt healed when clearly i knew it was so I went to a different shop right after and what do you know? He knew exactly how to put it back in and it took less than 5 seconds to put my smiley back in. I've had multiple tattoos done by Shannon and 2 done by Tanner and my piercing done by Tyson. I love everyone of them. Those that have had bad experiences are because of their own doing. Some of these comments slamming this shop is ridiculous in my opinion. I've know the majority of the tattoo artist and piercers for years. If you had a bad experience it's cuz you didn't follow the after care instructions, or went tanning or swimming when you weren't supposed to. If you had a bad experience with a piercing is most likely that you changed the jewelry too soon or put cheap shit in. People should stop blaming the shop and take responsiblities for their after care actions. Love this shop and will never go anywhere else. Read Less

I've been here twice and so far have been happy with the outcome of both tattoos I've received here. The first was done by Shannon, a small cursive script written by my husband and it came out beautifully. Literally perfect. I give A Wicked Sensation 5 Stars, because it is a good and friendly Environment everyone is nice and really chill. I got my tattoo from Michael that works there and he did an excellent job. I showed him the picture I wanted on my forearm and he did exactly everything in the picture but he also added a few things and the things that he added made it look 10 times better. I highly recommend going to go see Michael. He's really nice, funny and really artistic. He stops for a quick second and thinks what he wants to add that will make your tattoo look better. If I could give Sara Halford negative stars I would. She absolutely DESTROYED my hair and refused to refund me or take any responsibility for her lack of understanding of training and how to work with hair. I asked for a caramel blonde ombre and she gave me a yellow/white blonde color all over my head as a result of leaving bleach on for nearly two hours. She wouldn't even let me see the finished product until it was finished and styled and wouldn't let me see any of the cuts she made to my hair to make sure they were okay. She made me pay for extra product she had left over to take home to fix it which is completely unprofessional and irresponsible as a hair stylist. You should NEVER let a client go home with product because it is your responsibility to do the job and you are licensed to use the products you buy. My hair is damaged beyond repair and I had to go to another salon to try and fix the job she had done. Sara hides behind claims that it's the bleaches fault and not her administration of it. Seriously Sara needs her license to be taken away as soon as literally possible. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON TO NOT TRUST THEIR STYLISTS. Sara does not use proper technique and is completely unprofessional in every aspect of her business and cannot be trusted to take care of her customers. Read Less

This place is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONALL business that I have ever dealt with!! 1st I went in to a "friend" Sara Halford to get an Ombrè. Keep in mind my hair went to my butt. I told her that I used Dove shampoo because it smelt amazing and I had also told her I was nervous because 10+ years ago someone had  burnt my hair before.. I also told her that I previously had an Ombrè but it had all grown out and all that was left was a little bit of blonde on the ends..So Sarah Holford put bleach on my hair and put a timer on for 30 minutes and left to go and get lunch. By the time the timer had reached 15 minutes it was hotter than an iron and it was starting to smoke.She still made me pay $80 and she tried to trim it.Not to mention in the middle of her doing my hair she had me sign a waiver.. what it said specifically idk. She was a friend I trusted her..Well long story short, 15+inches where burnt off and when I wrote a Facebook review the company A Wicked sensation lashed out at me and told me that it was my fault because I lied to Sara and "I wasn't honest with what I told her about my hair" now they are claiming that I came in with box dye in my hair and I needed it fixed.. That's an absolute LIE! I haven't used box dye since I was in Jr high. When I left the review they responded lashing out and calling names and then blocked me being able to respond. I attended SLC Pride where Wicked Sensations had a booth. They were offering deals on piercings and tattoos. That's how I met the piercer Tyson. I asked him if he would pierce me with a hoop and I triple checked to see if he would do what I was looking for. I called and made an appointment as well to confirm that he would fit me with a hoop.now I've had my nose pierced a few times. When he pierced me, it bled profusely and he did not close the hoop and left it in a misshapen oblong-esque shape. He told me to close it myself  in a few days. What I learned from talking to anEXPERIENCED piercer is that you should deal with it immediately so it can start to heal, not wait a few days so it becomes agitated. So I left the shop having to go to Koi yet again and have Patrick ameliorate the situation. Don't go here. Go to Koi. I got a tattoo and a naval piercing done at A Wicked Sensation.The tattoo turned out great. The artist took their time and was very focused while tattooing. They seemed to know what they were doing. The lines turned out very sharp and steady. I'm very pleased with my tattoo.My boyfriend got a tattoo from the same artist. However, she seemed very rushed and did not take her time on his. Some of the lines look rough and uneven.What I'm most upset about, is my naval piercing. HE PIERCED IT IN THE WRONG SIZE! He pierced it with a 16g eyebrow ring. The standard size is 14g. He didn't even inform me. I had to wait 2 1/2 months for my belly button to heal before I could stretch it to standard size. I'm so disappointed. Very unprofessional. I had to suffer through twice the pain and wait so much longer for it to heal. Do not go here for piercings. Read Less
