Super clean and comfortable shop. I was a walk in and got taken care of very quickly by Spencer Z. I wanted to somewhat replicate a tattoo my grandpa had and Spencer was awesome in helping me find the perfect base design and then creating an awesome memory of my grandpa. He also provides medical grade aftercare products for the day of the tattoo and the week after, which made the tattoo heal so much faster and easier. He makes sure you get exactly what you want when it comes to your ideas and makes them come to life he makes everyone feel welcomed.. He talks to you and gets to know you and that's a nice feeling not many places will sit and have a conversation with you while your getting tattooed... This place is awesome! Sal Martinez took amazing care of me and did some amazing work on my arm. I walked in on a whim that they may have an opening and with some luck I met Sal. I hadn't had ink in 15 years and my arm was a cover up, of a cover up, of a cover up. I'm from DC and was out in SLC on a mini vacation. I showed him my arm and he studied it and starred at it. After about 15 min he said "yeah man I can fix this". The next day, and about 8 hours in the chair later, my arm looked like something out of the tattoo magazines that we all wish we had. This was probably the most awkward place I've been ever. Not only does it not have a normal entry area but no one seemed to be there except a couple kids watching tv. My sister and I went in to get a couple small tattoos. When we walked in and waited in the 5x5 entry way no one came out. We waiting for roughly 10-15 minutes and no one appeared. We hollered and we're laughing loudly to try to draw some attention, and still no one appeared. We just ended up leaving. Very disappointed. I do not recommend. Thank you for your response, but your website stated you closed at 8 not 7 so maybe you should have that fixed. Your website also stated that you accept walk ins so I apologize for thinking you do. Maybe some sort of mirror should be installed so that your artists can see out to the hallway but people can't see in. That might be beneficial for you. That way people that see your website says "walk ins accepted 50 dollar minimum" don't walk in and wait for ever in your entry way to not be greater or helped. Thank you for your time but we took our business elsewhere. Also maybe if your booked till close put a sign up or something to help potential customers realize your booked so they don't wait in your small entry way then leave upset.
