If I could give them zero stars I would. My friend got a tattoo here and it is now extremely infected with cellulitis! I called and asked the owner politely for a refund of the 80 dollar tattoo and after he refused I asked for him to do something about it and he blew his fuse, was extremely rude to us, and unwilling to work with us AT ALL. My friend went in to get a tattoo on Saturday by Chanty and it hurt so bad, she followed up with all the proper care instructions and the next day she could not walk, she had to miss work to go the ER and the DOCTOR TOLD HER SHE HAS CELULITIS, a skin infection aided by a deep puncture wound which was caused by this place. I got a lip piercing done here. It was quick, but not rushed, and I did feel faint afterwards (because I always do after piercings and the like), so he took care of me and chatted casually with me until I felt better. Their piercer is incredible. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially if you're nervous about it. The lady that got a piercing done before me even requested someone come and hold her hand and one of the tattoo artists came right over to support her. I got my tongue pierced here and they were completely professional. Listened to everything I had questions on and sent me home with a little pamphlet to keep to remember how to clean it. It took probably 10 mins to come in and get my tongue done and it's healing beautifully! I came here prior to doing research wanting my tragus pierced. The man and woman (don't recall the names) were very set on making money, and not how to properly take care of a piercing. They only had one option for me so it was a very large hoop, and they didn't clean around it. It was very painful, which it should not have been. They also said because my sister was under 18, she wasn't allowed to look so they had her turn around?  She was still sitting right next to me which made no sense to me. The piercing was only halfway through my ear so the hoop ended up getting stuck inside my ear and I had to to to my now ONLY trust piercer at Deja Vu and have it removed. This was in 2014 and I know they've gotten new management since then, but I would be careful and make sure you do your research! Read Less

Went in tonight after missing another piercer elsewhere. I'm glad I ended up going to six feet below. Walking in I felt comfortable and at ease. Had no problem chatting it up with the beautiful girl at the desk and (sorry didn't get her name ) and lackey! Went in to get an industrial piercing. Called ahead they told me the price, cash only and I could walk in no appointment needed. So I did 20 min later. Walked in, not s single customer and about 4-5 workers sitting on all the lobby couches, eating, on their cell phones and didn't care at all that a customer walked in. So unprofessional and not a way to make customer feel welcome. None of them looked up at me, I said hello I called About the piercing and they were like.... Oh, fill this out, need your ID, then come over here. Still no greeting, or anything, so incredibly awkward and rude. I went to get my piercing, the piercer hardly said a word to me, like I was inconvenient to him. Marked my ear, told me to check it, pierced it. Did not explain at ALLLLLL what he was doing, didn't walk me through anything. Then after I had to ask about after care, no other customers still, so it's not like he was in a hurry. I was blown away..... I feel like if you're not covered in tattoos and piercings this place will treat you like some idiot waste of time. I would never recommend them and I will tell everybody I know to not go there.
