The other night, my friends invited me to tag along for spontaneous piercings, and I expected the wait to be extremely long due to the crowd that was waiting, but we were brought back right away! The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about taking proper care, cleaning, and which ring to choose. I chose a gold hoop for cartilage piercing ($30), my friend got a stud ($25), and my other friend got a stud for her nose ($25). Tory, the woman who worked on us, did AMAZING! This was my third cartilage piercing, and she is definitely the best I have gone to. I felt no pain at all, and she was super funny and jokes along with you. My friend who got a nose piercing did not feel much pain either (she even decided to go back and get the other side of her nose pierced by Tory the next night- she decided she accidentally chose the wrong side...). Having someone who makes the experience fun and lighthearted makes it so much better! Afterwards, we paid at the front desk, and they really emphasized to drive safely and be careful- they were very compassionate here, which I​ haven't gotten at other tattoo shops I've​ been to. I don’t know what is wrong with the owner but he thinks he the hardcore bully that’s going to bully a middle aged nerdy lady. Lefty was trying to play games with me when all I wanted was a tattoo. I did not want to purchase the package deal with false judgments about me and some form of condemnation. I just wanted the no strings attached tattoo. I came to the wrong shop. Star Ink was what I expected at my experience at Infamous and for less than half the price and no judgeme...nt. Star Ink was very professional. I went in quite a few months ago and just forgot to post a review. I had gotten my septum pierced, and as someone who is terrified of needles, Tori did amazing!! She was quick and it was almost painless! I even went in and she changed my piercing free of charge, I still left her a tip though. I was very impressed and I have to say this was by far one of the greatest piercing experiences I have had. Originally from Houston I thought I had a set shop out there I could trust and now Infamous is my go to! Can’t wait to get more done, hoping for a tattoo next! Seriously spur of the moment, my girls (daughters) and I decided to go get tattoos Saturday night for my 43rd birthday. I was freaking out a little as the guy tattooing me was new to the area and he didnt have a book up front. So when we had the consultation he showed me some pics that were good but still scary with him being new to the shop and all. I went against my gut feeling and so glad I did... Timmie is a amazing artist, with a great sense of coloring and his lettering is always on point, and every letter always looks the same. And he has a great hand light weight and never scars. My boyfriend and I drove down from Dallas to visit this tattoo parlor a friend had recommended. We arrived right as they opened and were helped right away.  We both wanted medium to large tattoos. We were advised to get in early because they don't take appointments on the weekend. I'm glad we did! The crowd started coming in about an hour after opening. I showed a picture to give them an idea of what I was looking for and was connected with Dallas Lopez. He was  able to design me exactly what I asked for. His work space is clean and him & his room mate have Netflix. So I got to watch a zombie killer series while getting my work done. Lol! Today, I had the worst experience at infamous ink. Yesterday I took out my nose piercing that I had gotten in Austin after waiting the recommended period of time before taking it out. It came out easily and pain free. I cleaned it, replaced it and today set out to get a hoop. The girl at the desk was great. She helped me find what I was looking for. She told me that they even would change out my piercings for free and fit my new hoop to my nose. When it was my turn I went to the back and sat down in their chair. I knew something was wrong when there was a good amount of pain when my original piercing was taken out. The lady said this was unavoidable, even though I had gotten it out yesterday without a problem. She then attempted to put the hoop in and couldn't get it. She advised that if I was in this much pain I should just keep in my stud. So she cleaned it and then shoved it back into my nose at the wrong angle asking where I had gotten it done. I told her where I had gotten it in Austin (I had an amazing experience with them and hadn't even bled). She said they must use different angles than them and that my nose was bleeding and that I better wait another 6 weeks to change it and put ointment on it everyday or I'd get a keloid. I know for a fact that my nose had completely healed up before coming. Now my stud is no longer in the right spot and my nose is swollen and looks terrible. Read Less

My sister and I went in to both update an existing piece and get a few more permanent expressions. This is a really nice place with a cool vibe. Our artist Dallas Lopez was all business and did crisp fine lines and exactly what was requested. My only suggestion is that you make an appointment as the wait time was very long for walk-ins. They answered all my questions, guided me toward what could reasonably fit on my body and where it would heal more easily on my body, and allowed me to bring two friends into the room. I went in to get my septum pierced on 1 April 2017 and I was amazed at how clean and speedy the process was. Everyone was so nice and Tori, the piercer did an amazing job. Went in on a Saturday. If you are not the first people in like, you can plan on being there all day. All of the artist were there this day and the waiting room was packed. The artist get finished pretty quick though. I was surprised by how affordable it was. I was looking for an original piece and felt like a personal touch could have been added. Overall, it was not a bad experience for me. I can not say the same for my sister. She will have to have the tattoo completely redone, covered up or removed. Matt did my 3 piercings (tongue/dermal x2) in one sitting - he was very fast, professional, & informative of the future cons of a unique piercing I wanted. Infamous ink is f*cking Awesome! I went yesterday, and was paired up with artist Dallas. I could not have asked for a more kick ass tat. Dallas gave me everything I asked for, and was very adaptable as we bounced ideas off each other. After looking around Waco for a shop, my friend and I decided to give Infamous Ink a try. Jimmy was our artist. Great guy! He was quick, had a light touch and did a great job. When I'm thinking of getting new ink I research A LOT! Since I don't live somewhere you can find good artists, I usually look for places when I travel; that being said, I like to reach out to places I'm interested in via Facebook or email. Infamous Ink impressed me because they actually took the time to respond and give me the info I needed to make my choice. I went on a weekend about a month ago and loved my experience! It was an extremely busy Saturday, so I did have to wait quite a while as a walk in, but it was definitely worth it. I got exactly what I wanted (it was like they read my mind) and the price was very fair. I don't remember/didn't pay attention to the name of the guy that did my tattoo, so I can't help there. This one star is only toward one person, but most other workers are great. Timmy, a tattoo artist, was the worst. He didn't agree with what I wanted and was over opinionated, was aggressive with me, got upset and stormed off for a while, was super sassy, never even asked me if I agreed on the tattoo before he began, charged too much, and to top it off, messed up and I'm PRETTY sure it was on purpose. Being new in town is sometimes uncomfortable and it sucks not knowing who you can trust. I was really happy when a lot of people recommended that this was a great place. Piercings and tattoos and one of those things you want done realllllllly well. The person who took care of my piercings is Matt, and I trust him to care for all of my piercings, he worked really well with me through my anxiety and was patient. I couldn't be more happy with my new tattoo. I brought in several pieces and ideas and Zach made them into exactly what I had wanted - only better! My tattoo included a portrait and I was a little worried about finding a good artist for it, but he did an excellent job, very clear and detailed. Seriously will never go anywhere else, despite the hour and a half drive. Zach and his wife were so nice and welcoming! He re-did an old tattoo for me and made it look 100% better as welll as giving me a new white ink tattoo on my wrist. Everyone in the shop was absolutely incredible. Zach's wife (I feel horrible I cant remember her name) even offered me a lollipop to help distract me and stayed and talked with me the entire proccess. They also offer free touch ups for a year.
