Milton's attention to detail is absolutely amazing. The work he did for me is hands down my "Show piece". I'm so happy with how my tattoo came out. And what's even better is the experience while having the work done. He's a great guy, easy to conversate with. Easily the most fluid and pleasant experiences I've had at any Tattoo shop. Bottom line. I'm very happy happy with this entire experience. Now, I cant seem to find how to add a photo to this review. And in the case I cant seem to figure it out, just look at the photos attached to the page. Mine is the Poseidon/Neptune piece. Thank you Milton. I get alot of compliments from strangers and friends alike. Its awesome!

Milton's work is stunning, but more than that the whole experience was amazing. Felt like I was just hanging out with a friend and at the end had a beautiful tattoo. I highly recommend!

Can't say enough great things about Milton and his craft. Not only is he a truly kind and humble man, but his work is phenomenal and so is his technique. I barely felt any pain during my 3 hour session. I am visiting San Antonio from NY for a work-related training and was referred to Milton for the best work... I knew it was a long shot but I reached out to see if he could make it happen. He did not disappoint. A very meaningful trip for me, and one I will never forget, especially since I now wear the most beautiful souvenir on my sleeve for all to admire 😊 thanks for everything Milton. 5 billion stars. Oh also trust his artist's vision and judgment to save yourself any regrets!

I love Milton's personal and hand created pieces, he treats every individual tattoo as if it is a peace of art that he is leaving with you to enjoy. I think he is great at lines and his coloring is tasteful! Every session is appointment only thus the studio is a quiet and calm environment with minimal foot traffic or distractions. There is plenty of space and a refrigerator if you decide you want company with you they will be comfortable! Deals on tattoos are very enticing but you're stuck with that deal forever. I would strongly recommend San Antonio Rose Tattoo if you are considering a new tattoo!

Excellent tattoo artist and very professional! Always will get back to you almost immediately if you are interested in getting work done by him. His prices are great and the work is phenomenal. Me and my wife have been getting our work done by him for the past 3 to 4 years. He's considered a family friend to this point now! Love you Milton thanks for the awesome work and will be coming back soon for some more!

Milton and I met at the McNay Art Museum while we were both guest speakers on our professions. He is a tattoo designer/artist and I am a floral designer/artist. After talking with him that day and seeing his work I knew that he would be the person I would get my next Tattoo from. Well it's been over 3 years, and 3 tattoos later. What I appreciate most about him is that he does not work from framed photos on the wall where you pick in shoes grab and go, he is all about being unique and custom to each person. He is very helpful and suggestions when it comes to a design that you are interested in and finding the perfect placement on your body to highlight the piece. I have recommended several people to him and we have all had extremely pleasant experiences.

Started my tattoo then decided he did not want to finish it without giving me any reason why, just stopped answering me. I could understand if I was harassing him or something of the sort but literall...
Started my tattoo then decided he did not want to finish it without giving me any reason why, just stopped answering me. I could understand if I was harassing him or something of the sort but literally nothing negative happened between us. Unprofessional. Sad that I have to get someone else to finish his artwork.

Seriously the best tattoo artist in the city. Coming from Austin, there was big competition but Milton has done all my tattoos and he has never disappointed. Not only does he do an amazing job with your tattoo, but he makes your vision come to life and works with you to come up with the best piece of art for you. Amazing amazing artist and person and would recommend him to everyone; he's all I'd recommend :)

Can't say enough great things about Milton and his craft. Not only is he a truly kind and humble man, but his work is phenomenal and so is his technique. I barely felt any pain during my 3 hour session. I am visiting San Antonio from NY for a work-related training and was referred to Milton for the best work... I knew it was a long shot but I reached out to see if he could make it happen. He did not disappoint. I love Milton's personal and hand created pieces, he treats every individual tattoo as if it is a peace of art that he is leaving with you to enjoy. I think he is great at lines and his coloring is tasteful! Every session is appointment only thus the studio is a quiet and calm environment with minimal foot traffic or distractions. Excellent tattoo artist and very professional! Always will get back to you almost immediately if you are interested in getting work done by him. His prices are great and the work is phenomenal. Not only does he do an amazing job with your tattoo, but he makes your vision come to life and works with you to come up with the best piece of art for you. Amazing amazing artist and person and would recommend him to everyone; he's all I'd recommend :)
