My first thought when I walked in "This place is really clean". I loved the customer service, I am a stickler about customer service. I went to have my nose re-pierced and my first experience was awful. Extremely painful a lot of blood...etc. Not this time! I'm sorry I forgot her name but she has beautiful red hair.. she is a Piercing Goddess!! In detail she explained the whole process, the what, how, when everything! I anticipated alot pain based on my 1st experience, it was so not the same thing. This was like getting my ears pierced and mine were pierced b4 they used the gun. I can't explain the difference in experience enough, it was like night and day! I have already recommended Imperial Tattoo to 1 person that wants a piercing and 3 people who want tattoos. Thanks guys, love your professionalism and your art work. If I ever get the nerve to get a tattoo I'm coming back.

Anyone who is looking at the reviews for this shop, should take mine into consideration. Good ink. Good energy. Good people. Booking an appointment is necessary. They get a lot of customers. Those awards all over their wall were definitely earned. I was lucky to get work done today after booking an appointment two days ago. They remembered who I was and what I wanted as soon as I arrived. Even though my ink request was simple, the artist was very attentive to what I wanted for now and what I want to add to it later on. I noticed that all of the artist that were present, remained focused on their client. None of them stopped to look at their phone, unlike so many other tattoo artist in other shops. After my arm was wrapped up, they explained to me in detail how to take care of my tattoo. They also had aftercare products available for a cheap price. They weren't greedy at all. Even after they explained to me how to take care of my tattoo, they still gave me a card with the specific aftercare Instructions. I could tell that they did not want me to make any mistakes. I really appreciate that. I recommend Imperial tattoo company to anyone wanting to get a nice tattoo in a clean environment. They really know what they are doing. 5 stars guys. I will be back for more ink therapy.

She is very good at what she does and is SUPER nice too! I highly recommend this place for piercings (because I have not had a tattoo experience yet). The prices are not ridiculous for the great service you will receive, I promise. The people are all super friendly there and you'll definitely leave feeling like you made more friends. Professional people there :)

Prior to piercing my nose, I researched tattoo parlors in my area. I chose to go to Imperial because all of their reviews were great. They lived up to their reputation. The establishment was emaculate, the staff was very kind & informative of the process, & my nose piercing was perfectly done without any complications.

Amazing! This shop is nicely designed, the tattoo chairs or cushy and comfy, all the staff are super nice and chill and the place is A+ clean. While I was there I overheard, I guess it was the manager, doing a cleanliness check. He was confirming that all the dusting/sweeping/cleaning had been done. My artist was Aaron Bates and he is one impressive tattoo artist. This was my second tattoo and he made it officially my first HIGH QUALITY tattoo, my first one looks like garbage in comparison to Aaron's great work. He's fast and his lines, details and shading are perfect. It looks like actual airbrushed artwork...He's good. And if you can't handle pain don't worry because he's very entertaining and it helps distract your attention away from the needle. He's also really generous. I had a budget and he worked with me and gave me WAAAAYYY more than I was expecting. In my opinion he's a quality artist that's going to do a high quality job regardless of your budget. I rate this shop an A+ on every level

I visited Imperial Tattoo Company in March to get my newest tattoo, some handwriting on my foot. Being new to the area, I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a great place to get tattoos where I felt comfortable and welcome. Imperial Tattoo offered both of those. They were thorough in explaining their policies and prices prior to getting the tattoo, and the shop itself is clean and inviting. I had the pleasure of working with Aaron who was fantastic and professional! My tattoo healed beautifully and quickly and I was provided with excellent instructions on how to keep it clean for best healing. I will recommend Imperial Tattoo to anyone who lives in Sugar Land or any surrounding areas (I live in Houston and believe it's worth the drive!).

I went here In January and got my first tattoo, done by Aaron, and I am absolutely in love with it. I get complements on it every time it's visible. All of the staff here is amazing and there all so helpful when I went in I was very confused on exactly how I wanted the tattoo, but they helped me and figured it out. I will be coming back soon to get my next one, I will be asking for Aaron just because how happy I am with the first one.

Best shop I've ever set foot in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the place was immaculately clean! Kristina Edwards did my Daith Piercing and not only am I thrilled with the results, the whole process was surprisingly very relaxing! She coached me every step of the way. I was impressed that she changed her gloves so often through the procedure! As a paramedic, sterile technique is hugely important to me AND they support First Responders! Will definitely be returning and will gladly refer my friends and family. I'm a customer for life.

After much deliberation, I decided to get my 5th tattoo at Imperial Tattoo Company. I was nervous as heck but Aaron was great even when I'd be cursing at him for how painful it was. I love the final result as he put my idea into reality. Loved it!! I'll definitely go back again.

I have had 4 piercings done at Imperial and everytime it has been a great experience. I got my nose pierced with Kristina on a whim on my lunch break and it was a seamless process. Unfortunately my son head butted me on accident and it came out causing me to return within a few weeks of having it done. Kendall reinserted my jewelry and was so pleasant that I got my tragus pierced that same day. I went back a few weeks later and got two more piercings done with Kendall. Each time the apprentice the up front, the tattoo artists, and piercers, were all professional and friendly. I will be back for sure.

I had my appointment last night with Jon West to revitalize a tattoo I already had. He did an amazing job and I am shocked that it came out looking so different!!! I let him choose the colors and put his own twist on it and I'm just still amazed. Everyone at the shop is really friendly and helpful and it has such a fun and easy going environment that will definitely calm your nerves before an appointment. I will definitely be going back!! Kristina and Kendall did tandem ear piercing for my 7 year old daughter's first earrings last weekend. They made both of us feel so comfortable and at ease, and they were really great with her. The entire staff, from the front desk at my first visit to the piercing room, were wonderful, informative and sweet with my little gal. She didn't even cry or make a peep when her ears were pierced and they are healing beautifully, so far. Would recommend this option over a piercing gun at the mall any day!

My girlfriend and I love this place. Having been in sales for a long time I always appreciate a great business when I find one. The owners run this place well by having professionals work there with not only many years of experience but great customer service. The gave me a great price on ear piercings, so I turned around and gave them more business with my first tattoo; and let me tell you...it was easy and fun. I went in to see Jon yesterday for my first large tattoo. I told him he could do anything he wanted to the side of my head. The design he created was beyond beautiful. They have a great atmosphere and really make sure you feel comfortable. I was nervous but he was very gentle and kept stopping to make sure I was doing okay. Once it was finished it was gorgeous. I love it. I've had several people stop me today and talk about it. I will tell anyone and everyone yes. Imperial is the place to go. I will def be back for more.

Today was Timberlynn's 5th birthday and she wanted her ears pierced so that's what we did. Kendall Villalpando and Kristina Edwards at Imperial Tattoo pierced her ears in tandem. They did an absolutely amazing job and so did Timberlynn. Timber didn't even cry. Timber was pretty nervous so they talked her through the whole thing and where super fun in the process. I don't think we could have found anyone better.

My first thought when I walked in "This place is really clean". I loved the customer service, I am a stickler about customer service. She is very good at what she does and is SUPER nice too! I highly recommend this place for piercings (because I have not had a tattoo experience yet). The prices are not ridiculous for the great service you will receive, I promise. The people are all super friendly there and you'll definitely leave feeling like you made more friends. Professional people there :)

The establishment was emaculate, the staff was very kind & informative of the process, & my nose piercing was perfectly done without any complications.

I came here to get my ears re-pierced. Kendall was great and she spent enough time in explaining the process and knew exactly what she had to do. She was very careful and helped me chose titanium earrings which I am hoping will behave on my sensitive ears. Very friendly and great service.

My girlfriend and I love this place. Having been in sales for a long time I always appreciate a great business when I find one. The owners run this place well by having professionals work there with not only many years of experience but great customer service. The gave me a great price on ear piercings, so I turned around and gave them more business with my first tattoo; and let me tell you...it was easy and fun. I'm recommending these folks to my friends, family and customers. Thx again guys!

Absolutely AMAZING people. I haven't gotten any tattoos here yet, but I've gone in and talked to the artists and I am 100% sold. It's rare to come across a tattoo shop that has a variety of amazing work, artists that are down to earth and confident, and kick ass customer service! Best shop, hands down. I seriously can't wait to get started!!!!

I went in to see Jon yesterday for my first large tattoo. I told him he could do anything he wanted to the side of my head. The design he created was beyond beautiful. They have a great atmosphere and really make sure you feel comfortable. I was nervous but he was very gentle and kept stopping to make sure I was doing okay. Once it was finished it was gorgeous. I love it. I've had several people stop me today and talk about it. I will tell anyone and everyone yes. Imperial is the place to go. I will def be back for more.

Today was Timberlynn's 5th birthday and she wanted her ears pierced so that's what we did. Kendall Villalpando and Kristina Edwards at Imperial Tattoo pierced her ears in tandem. They did an absolutely amazing job and so did Timberlynn. Timber didn't even cry. Timber was pretty nervous so they talked her through the whole thing and where super fun in the process. I don't think we could have found anyone better.
