This place is awesome. I showed a guy (I forgot his name) a picture of a tattoo that I wanted and had me send it to him, he designed my tattoo way better than the picture I sent him and asked me if I liked it. I loved it. I went back to the original picture and the one he designed made the original picture look so ugly 😂 I think I found my new tattoo place. This establishment had the worst costumer service possible. The "owner" was impersonal and rude. My family and I went to get memorial tattoos of their late mother who passed just two months ago. We were met with scoffs and belittling remarks made by the owner. Some of the tattoos were first time and they didn't know what questions to ask but were met with what can simply be regarded as "I'm better than you" remarks by the owner. While the tattoos were executed very well by the artist trey, the management and or ownership simply laid on a couch butting into conversations with rude remarks to belittle the customer. I have never experienced worse management in a customer relations business in my entire life. They ruined and devastated my family's memorial of their mother with their poor customer service and flagrant lack of decency due to their ownership and or management. Most horrible tattoo shop ever. Run by racist and rude people who are completely full of themselves and I have no idea why they think they are above everyone. The owner likes to just talk crap and isnt respectful of his customers. I got a crappy tattoo and I will NEVER go to them again, the tattoo artist had NO idea what the heck he was doing. He was out of it for sure maybe on drugs who knows. While I was there they were talking in the background about other customers and it was just so WRONG. I regret ever going to them and there is NO way I will EVER recommend anyone to go to them for anything unless you want to be humiliated and covered in UGLY tattoos. My husband went to check the shop out and didn't find what he was looking for so we left. About two hours went by and he realized he left his glasses there. He called the shop and talked to a gentleman which said yes a pair of glasses were left there. When my husband described his glasses as a pair of black Oakleys  the gentleman confirmed it was them. Once off the phone he headed straight down there. Once he arrived he spoke to a white skinny guy with a Mohawk and tattoos everywhere including his face. When asked about the left behind glasses the guy with the Mohawk said that there was only a pair of lime green aviators left. Apparently the gentleman he spoke with on the phone had already left.He said just leave your name and number and I'll let you know when i talk to him to find the location of them. Then without calling right then and there he decided to continue to play video games. My husband said well I'll wait because we don't live in the area. The Mohawk guy just waved his hand to the couch and continued playing video games. My husband asked for the gentlemans number that had the glasses but the Mohawk guy declined saying he didn't give out numbers. So my husband waited 20 minutes on the couch until the guy came up to him with some bs texts saying that the only pair was the lime green aviators. My husband said I'm calling the cops to make a report. He guy exclaimed OVER SOME GLASSES and then made a smug face. He said yes. The white guy only then decided to make an effort searching the place for the glasses. Funny enough he finds them shortly after. We know the guy knew they were there and was trying to get off with a pair of expensive glasses just leaving this for others to be warned if you leave anything this one guy in particular will try and steal them. Granted my husband shouldn't of left them but at least don't lie about finding them. Read Less

Wow. This joint is run by bad people. I called in about a piercing I wanted to get done while I was in town to visit my brother, and asked about sterilization and piercing the cartilage part of my ear. The person was not only impatient, but had no idea what he was talking about.  Didn't inspire a lot of confidence. The worst part though, the person put me on hold to (saying "I guess I can ask someone" about my question), and I could hear them talking at length about a customer who had apparently come into the store earlier.  They referred to TWO racial groups using racial slurs. Really?? With a potential customer on the phone? I don't know if these guys were on drugs or what, but they were clueless and suffice it to say, unprofessional.  When the guy got back on the phone, I asked to speak to the manager, and he said he was the "owner." Uh yeah, even worse! If that's true, the owner of the store is a racist and clueless about his trade. Great combo. I pretty much hung up on him. Read Less

This place is a joke.The tattoo artist had no input whatsoever about my friend's design concept even though my friend was clearly asking for advice.  The artist also seemed highly uncomfortable with doing an original design. My friend wanted the tattoo to run from the top of his ribcage to his hip bone, but the artist was very resistant and kept making remarks like "I just don't think you should get a tattoo there".  Instead of trying to collaborate with my friend about the location of the tattoo, he was trying to convince him to place it somewhere that may have been easier for him to tattoo. So basically, where we asked for the artist's advice we got none. Where we didn't ask for his opinion, he was very pushy with his opinion. Just a negative experience overall. But what prompted me to write this review was the cherry on top:  SHAKY line work. Ughh. My friend says it can be fixed with a touch up, but it shouldn't have happened to begin with when you expect professional work. Read Less
