The place was spotless! It was so comfortable and cozy. As soon as you walk in from the moment you leave you feel welcomed. Sean was amazing and really calmed my nerves. He made conversation and took my mind off the pain. It was my first tattoo and I went in a bundle of nerves and the atmosphere and people made me feel so much better about the whole process. I spent 6 plus hours in the chair which is ok by me for What I got. As I watch how the other artist and counter help took care of and addresses all the prospects and customers that came in. My sister and I got tattoos here on the 30th. This was her first tattoo for her 18th birthday. We called and made an appointment because we know that Saturdays can be hectic, but for some reason there was a mix up on the artist we requested. The shop made sure to let us know how they could fix it, a time estimate for how long we'd have to wait extra and that they were sorry the mix up had occurred. Ben Amos, the artist we wanted, worked with us on design and helped us choose ...the tattoo we wanted, as well as keeping us updated on the wait time. Very pleased with my new tat by Savannah Johnson. Just became a Great Grandfather and I really hadn’t settled on a design to celebrate Great Grandchildren. Wanted a tree of Life with apples representing each Great Grandchild but too many options for Tree of Life and I wanted it in a space without a great deal of real estate. My daughter and I went in to get mother & daughter tats. We drove out to Sherman from Dallas on the recommendation of my husbands cousin who has had several tats done by Sean that are really good. I called and set an appointment for us to have our tats done by Sean. The people on the phone were very professional. When we arrived we were greeted and treated very nicely. The people at this facility are kind, informative and knowledgeable. Sean was great. This was my daughter's ...first tatoo. Sean has a very light touch and did a great job on both of us. This was very good as my daughter didn't know what to expect. The entire experience was great. I will be going back and will work with Sean. I have another tatoo that needs some work. I showed it to him and he was spot on with what i have in mind. Love it here. It's clean. All the artist are great. I like the atmosphere and how they focus on their clients. My husband and I use Ben. We both have several tattoos by him. He listens to what you want. Tells you what works and what doesn't work and makes sure you don't walk away with junk. He really takes pride in his work. We never used anyone else in shop. I had been wanting to get my Tragus pierced for some time now and was referred to them by a friend. I have to say that I was really pleased and impressed by the staff. Everybody was really nice and didn't make you feel stupid when you asked questions.  My piercers name was Cody and he was able to answer my questions in detail and was able to keep me calm, and was very quick with the piercing part   I'm very happy w/ my results so far and when this side heals  I'll be going back to get the other side done. :) Read Less

Honestly had never heard of this shop till a friend of mine (Cody Loman, piercer) got a job there. It is by far the most interesting, clean and high class of all the tattoo/piercing shops I have ever been too. Everyone is friendly and they all do a quality job.
