This review is for my customer experience ONLY. I did not receive a tattoo or piercing here (and you'll see why below).I heard about this place from a girl I ran into at Claire's who was covered in sweet tattoos. She recommended I try out Xtreme.I called on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with Redd who seemed as though he could care less for my business. I asked about a couple of the artists I had seen online, as their portfolio and work looked promising and exactly what I was after. He convinced me to book with him that afternoon, as neither of the other artists were available, and I asked about his portfolio. He said, "I have some pictures here." Okay...well...that's not helpful, but I'll give you a shot.So, I show up that afternoon ready to get my tattoo, or at least talk with Redd to see some of his work. He was in the middle of a huge tattoo, and I was informed that he "doesn't know how to book" and had forgotten to put me in his schedule. When I went to the back, all he said was, "I have another booking after this; it'll be like two more hours....but you can wait if you want."Um, no.I'm sorry, I realize that as a tattoo shop your customer service doesn't need to be as top notch as some finer establishments, and I also realize that people come to you rather than you trying to "sell" them anything, but c'mon. You could honor appointments, learn how to book properly, or at least learn how to handle customers on the phone.On top of that, when I asked about making an appointment with the other artist I had seen, the girl at the front of the store gave me the artist's facebook and told me to contact her directly through FB as she didn't "have a book" to schedule me in. So...I did just that, and I have yet to hear from her. This was four days ago.Maybe it was just a small tattoo, but you've lost my business, and you've earned some negative reviews. Read Less
