First and foremost, the professionalism was beyond outstanding. Jenny, bless her, answered any questions that I had about my tattoo honestly and openly. Second, I know this may not apply to everyone, but she is also familiar with the tattooing of African American skin which requires practice and research. Next, it should be noted my tattoo was rather tedious, yet, effortlessly, Jenny got it done all while making me comfortable. The lettering is also exceptionally clean (tittles included).
