My sister and I flew into town to see our father, and meet each other for the first time. We wanted to mark the occasion with a new piece. A sisters tattoo. Absolutely amazing! I had a consultation with Stephanie in regards to reworking a preexisting tattoo. Flushing it out, and adding to it. She took my ideas, and elaborated on them in a way only a true artist could. I was so excited after speaking with her. My excitement was well founded. I was researching places to get a tattoo in honor of my wife, who passed away unexpectedly last year. I checked out a couple of other highly rated places, one near my home and another one near my work but for some reason, decided to visit Inception. I met Rooster outside and told him what I wanted to get. I got an appointment for the next day and he did a fabulous job. I am more than happy with my tattoo. Went in last Friday to get my navel re-pierced by Vanessa Tru, I found her on a fb repost and checked out her website. She had everything you would like to know, as far as piercings go.Just going on her website made me feel confident and comfortable enough to go in and actually get my navel done. The first time I got it pierced it wasn't put in deep enough and also not put in the right  position for my body shape ,so it ended up rejecting. I was left with a scar that was less than flattering in my opinion. But  any-who when I went in she looked at my navel and basically explained that it would have to be pierced higher and deep than a traditional navel piercing.She showed me examples of what mine would look like and I was down for it. She also showed me the different jewels that she had in stock and said if I wanted to get a custom piece she could order it but  I fell in love with this pretty opal flower as soon as she put it down on the glass counter top! After I picked out my piece she took me to her private room, got things ready and had me stand up to find the perfect placing.I like that she took her time to make sure it was in the perfect position. She made me feel like she was defiantly the right person to go to. After that I laid on her chair and followed her breathing instructions and before I knew it I had my piercing!!! It was like a little sting but if you can do your ear lobes you can do your navel ! I absolutely love it!!! Like she said from the jump, it's not a traditional navel piercing and I think that's apart of why I love it even more, kinda looks like a dermal but it's sooo cute and gives me more motivation to workout. Which she said I could do even right after I got it. She also recommended I get the aftercare cleaner, which I use 3X a day, it doesn't hurt or sting. They sell it at the shop for $12. I'd rather be safe than sorry and end up with an infection. But I've had it for about a week now. I feel no pain and I'm very cautious with it! Vanessa is awesome! I had 3 cartilage piercings done 3 years ago at some piercing shop that was charging $10 a piercing and thought "why not?!" Well 3 years later, 2 of the 3 piercings are still completely not healed and very painful, not to mentioned I could not take them off myself because of the pain. I found Vanessa Tru on Instagram, and told her all about my ear. I eventually set up an appointment for the next week. Vanessa recommended that I have the 2 troubled piercings removed due to the angle they were sitting at. She thoroughly explained to me why they were never able to heal correctly, and explained that keeping the piercings would not be the best choice. So she effectively removed my earrings without any pain at all and replaced the one earring that actually healed properly with better jewelry.I will definitely be going back to Vanessa as soon as my ear is done healing so I can get hopefully get it re pierced by her! My wife was looking to get her first tattoo done. Here at Inception she came across Stephanie.S. This young skillful artist did an amazing tattoo of a rose with lace in the background. Let me say it was a 4 hour peace. And kill it. Stephanie is a talented artist and light-handed at that. She has a great sense of humor and makes one feel comfortable while getting some ink done. My wife has gone back for more as for myself i got two beautiful pieces done by her. Stephanie is &will be our tattoo artist for life. Vanessa did a fantastic job taking care of our sweet girl. Initially we went in for a consult and she explained the process and showed our baby girl all of the tools she would be using. She was very responsive through email with all of my husband's questions. When we came back to get our daughter's ears pierced she put on a movie to help distract her and gave her time between each ear to calm down. There were very few tears as you'll notice from the pic taken right after. Our older daughter had hers done at the mall and this was a much better experience!!! I had an amazing experience here with their piercer Ian. After having a terrible experience with another local tattoo shop piercing my cheeks with the wrong size jewelry and not giving me much information on how to properly care for them etc. We went to inception tattoo for Ian to switch out my jewelry for a better size as they were becoming embedded in my cheeks and he was such a professional. He gave me so much information and my cheeks feel 100 times better than when I went in and I left feeling really good about the whole experience with Inception Tattoo.
