My mom was adamant about getting my daughters ears pierced but is not a fan of tattoo parlors. I convinced her they were the best places to get piercings and took her in. Johnny took care of us! This place is what a tattoo shop should be, they are so attentive and give you great customer service! 👍I went in with a friend to get a tragus ear piercing and johnny helped us in a friendly matter he cleaned up and changed gloves after every piercing. I called the place 30 mins before they were going to close and told them I was from Arizona and was trying to get matching tattoos with my sisters(one who had never had one) and they said yes we'll do it come on in. I got my first (other than earlobes) piercing nearly two weeks ago- an industrial, done by Kat. I have to say, I was planning on getting a couple of tattoos and more piercings, and you guys have a customer for life! I walked in and was pierced and out the door in less than 15 minutes. Kat was very professional and made sure to walk me through the process when I told her this was my first piercing. She made the process as painless as possible, both literally and figuratively. I didn't get his name, but there was a very nice gentleman consulting a couple on their tattoos and was also being very professional and friendly with them, giving them advice on font, how the tattoo might look if they did one thing rather than the other, etc. As someone scoping out places to get their first tattoo as well, this was extremely comforting to see. Absolutely a great place to have a tattoo done at even if you're not from around here. I had a good idea of what I wanted but the font I was still struggling with but they have a computer right there on the counter for customers for just that reason. It was so easy, they were really friendly, and offered good advice on the area. Thank you again guys. Adolfo is great! I've had my fair share of piercings so I'm familiar with the process, but I was SHOCKED at the level of professionalism and speed of service. I was in and out of the shop, pierced, paid for, and with my aftercare instructions in 15 minutes tops. Very clean, reasonably priced, and the individuals working there were very friendly. Once again, Adolfo was fantastic. I could tell he was experienced and he did my Medusa quick, clean, and spot on. If you need a piercing, I DEFINITELY recommend this location! Read Less
