I STILL won’t go to anyone but Jaime, she’s so creative and passionate about her work... you can take her exactly what you want and she can do it, or you can bounce ideas out there and she can take it and run with it, either way it always comes out amazing. Her shop has an awesome atmosphere, very clean and professional, and oddly (for those other “typical” tattoo shops) welcoming. You’re always greeted when you walk in, and someone gets to you as soon as they are able to. I’ve never been rushed or had any problems with anyone being rude to me there, I’ve only experienced the opposite, in fact. The whole crew is amazing, and I will always go to Scarlets Web!

Omg! What a beautiful shop I felt spontaneous wanting another ear piercing Eve assisted me right when I walked in and Seth did my piercing. Everyone was so professional they gave me great aftercare tips I would love to come back to get more work done. Nice clean shop plus they have a ATM which is plus.

got my nose pierced and it was cute but dude hit a blood vessel and i bled consistently for 5 days then had to get rushed to the ER and have my piercing removed and my blood vessel burned and singed s...
got my nose pierced and it was cute but dude hit a blood vessel and i bled consistently for 5 days then had to get rushed to the ER and have my piercing removed and my blood vessel burned and singed shut.. plus i got no cleaning instructions or anything to clean it with in general... will never go back here again.. worst experience of my life. RIP MY NOSE WHEN IT WAS CUTE BEFORE THEY MESSED UP MY LIFE :)

went this past saturday to get a helix piercing with a friend. the guy who was at the desk was nice. he had us fill out paperwork and was patient, answered our questions, etc. the piercer was kinda cool, kinda standoffish. I saw him clean his work station and open new equipment for each piercing. they use surgical steel, which works with my sensitive ears. my piercing has been healing nicely (it's been 4 days now) but my friend's became swollen and hurt and when she called back, they said the piercers wouldn't be in til thursday. she went to a local shop near her and they took out the piercing saying the piercing was too big for her and wasn't positioned right (she chose the position though not the piercer, so not sure what they meant by that) so just 1 star off for not always having someone with piercing knowledge on hand? otherwise I personally had a great experience

I'm 18, and last night was my very first tattoo. I was really nervous going in but everyone there was super helpful and kind. They made you feel right at home. When it came time for the tattoo they checked the dates on everything and then had me check the dates to make sure they were good and sealed. Very clean! My tattoo artist was Heather and she was amazing she did it Excalty how I wanted it! She made sure to work with me and made sure I was comfortable and happy. I will be going back for more tats soon!

Great customer service! I've been there once, definitely will be going again. I would 100 percent recommend this shop to anyone looking for a tattoo or piercing. Ask for Jaime, she's great!

I'm sad to have to give this review. I got a tattoo on the inside of my trigger finger. As soon as the tattooing started - the doohickey my hand was resting on started to wobble and right then the guy...
I'm sad to have to give this review. I got a tattoo on the inside of my trigger finger. As soon as the tattooing started - the doohickey my hand was resting on started to wobble and right then the guys hand slipped. He went too deep. Now I have blowout only in that spot and I regret getting there. I should've used to the same place that did my other finger tattoo. The guy didn't want to do a finger tattoo and made fun of it - I should have turned around and left knowing he wouldn't do his best. He thought it was cool after learning what the tattoo was about but too late. Hopefully painful tattoo removal can fix this.

I LOVE this place. The owner, Jamie did a tattoo on my foot and although it hurt like hell to get the tattoo, the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I plan to return soon to have some correction work done on a different tattoo that I got at another shop. All 5's from me!!!

went this past saturday to get a helix piercing with a friend. the guy who was at the desk was nice. he had us fill out paperwork and was patient, answered our questions, etc. the piercer was kinda cool, kinda standoffish. I'm sad to have to give this review. I got a tattoo on the inside of my trigger finger. As soon as the tattooing started - the doohickey my hand was resting on started to wobble and right then the guys hand slipped. He went too deep. Now I have blowout only in that spot and I regret getting there. I should've used to the same place that did my other finger tattoo. The guy didn't want to do a finger tattoo and made fun of it - I should have turned around and left knowing he wouldn't do his best. He thought it was cool after learning what the tattoo was about but too late. Hopefully painful tattoo removal can fix this.
