Honestly if your going to have a shop in a small town it better be good or at least have a good attitude, this shop doesnt have ether. I spent 4 weeks in pampa and spent close to 750 on new vape products. I made sure to drive in hour to Amarillo before going there again.

This is the worst vape shop I’ve ever been to. The customer service was awful, they don’t have premium juice and you cannot sample juices. The lady had me put the juice directly on my tongue and it was so terrible not to mention unhealthy. I would never go back to this place.

I have never had an issue with this store until recently, the staff aren't very knowledgeable and friendly. I came in there and asked for an Aspire BDC tank and the guy tried to sell me a completely ...
I have never had an issue with this store until recently, the staff aren't very knowledgeable and friendly. I came in there and asked for an Aspire BDC tank and the guy tried to sell me a completely different tank. Finally after some debate he proceeded to get me the tank I was looking for. I asked for some extra coils for the BDC and he said this is what you need, so I bought two of them. Later that evening I used the new coil on my other BDC tank too find I was sold BVC coils instead of BDC coils, they are not compatable and now I'm stuck with coils I can't use! I'm not a happy customer, if you are going to sell an item make sure you know what your selling.

I never had a problem with this place until today. I walked in and the young girl with blonde hair, who looked about my age. Was very rude. And she was very unclear about the prices. I have NEVER had this experience here before... She rushed me. I would never give this place a bad report. But when I walked into she was just rude it was ridiculous. me and my fiancé come to that place very often. Guess we will have to find somewhere else to go....

I've been getting my juice and supplies here since they opened not only because they have very flavorful juices and a good variety plus great prices on everything but their customer service is absolutely awesome... every one who works there but especially the owner and his wife.... they are totally knowledgeable on all their product can answer all your questions and are just really super friendly people! I won't go to any other vape store. .. vape ave is perfect!

The customer service is amazing as well!! i would gladly go here if they were to put a shop in borger but do not mind making the road trip to pampa.

We had started using the local vape store in our town and started noticing that the flavor was not lasting and would start to burn more we used it. We then stoped using our ecigs. Yesterday we went to Vape Ave and was met with a very knowledgeable man who answered all our questions and we left there spending less then 100.00 .had we bought what we bought locally we wouldn't have gotten out with less then 180.00. Great juices, great prices and awesome customer care!

This is the worst vape shop I’ve ever been to. The customer service was awful, they don’t have premium juice and you cannot sample juices. The lady had me put the juice directly on my tongue and it was so terrible not to mention unhealthy. I would never go back to this place.

I have never had an issue with this store until recently, the staff aren't very knowledgeable and friendly. I came in there and asked for an Aspire BDC tank and the guy tried to sell me a completely different tank. Finally after some debate he proceeded to get me the tank I was looking for. I asked for some extra coils for the BDC and he said this is what you need, so I bought two of them. Later that evening I used the new coil on my other BDC tank too find I was sold BVC coils instead of BDC coils, they are not compatable and now I'm stuck with coils I can't use! I'm not a happy customer, if you are going to sell an item make sure you know what your selling.

I've been getting my juice and supplies here since they opened not only because they have very flavorful juices and a good variety plus great prices on everything but their customer service is absolutely awesome... every one who works there but especially the owner and his wife.... they are totally knowledgeable on all their product can answer all your questions and are just really super friendly people! We had started using the local vape store in our town and started noticing that the flavor was not lasting and would start to burn more we used it. We then stoped using our ecigs.
