I have been in miltiple times to get a small cross on my wrist. Most of the time nobody is at the front desk or will come out to speak to you. I went in today as a walk in. The guy would hardly speak to me about what I wanted. I had to tell him multiple times I wanted the cross smaller. He clearly was not on the same page as me. Then he wanted to put it upside down. I told him I wanted to think about it more. The other artist who was not even doing my tattoo was so ugly to me and made me pay $24 for a screwed up cross that was never even tattooed on me. He spent like 5 minutes making a cross and expected me to pay. Just completely ridiculous. Please learn to speak to people kindly instead of getting an attitude. Terrible! These guys aren’t running a business they’re running a club house. I called to make an appointment, when I showed up he said he was booked for the rest of the day. They come and go when they feel and don’t adhere to any real business practices. Would have been better if he didn’t answer the phone in the first place. If I could I would put no stars. They have terrible customer service. The worst I have ever seen. I was called names and was sent text messages that were down right disgusting for calling at 9am on Sunday to possibly reschedule the appointment at noon because I had not sent the drawings in yet as I am constantly working. I was not refunded my $100.00 and had to block the cell number to stop the nasty texts and phone calls. I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Glad I did not go here for my work.
