Worst customer service that I have ever encountered literally. Take your money and schedule you for work but never show up or confirm when they can do it. Scheduled month and a half ago and nothing! ****Updated response **** Your response left out the fact that the original date was 3/16/2018 after I scheduled on 03/08/2018, I showed up on 04/29/2018 because of 1 re-schedule by me but 3 by your artist: your artist supposedly was sick each time ( how is he making money?). I sent him a text to reschedule and no response, I called and no response. Your shop is trash and I'm telling everyone I know your shop is trash. On the day of my appointment, your artist was eating sushi and I told him that I would give him an hour and a half to eat. No exact time was stated but he went home sick, if he wasn't feeling well he could have stated that when I arrived but then again when has anyone at your location communicated effectively?.. And yes I returned 45 min late was to give him time to eat with what looked like his wife/girlfriend but a true customer service business would have called or text since I showed up at 3pm on our SCHEDULED TIME. Dont make it seem as if I'm the problem when you yourself apologized for YOUR employees behavior and terrible service.I will tell everyone I know to avoid your business...and refer them to this feedback.If I could give you negative feedback I would WORST SERVICE EVER!.....I'm surprised you are still in business with service like that and I should have charged interest for the terrible service....Just as you were suppose to get back to me as well....but never did until I left feedback, you had no intentions ....funny it's obvious where your artist get their customer service from and by other feedback on here I'm not the first this has happened to. Hello everyone y'all known that I been complaining about Migraines lately, I just couldn't take it no more I try pills and massages everything everyone gave me ideas! But nothing they would come back worst! I look into the Daith Piercing! Yes it look scary but I couldn't deal with the pain of migraines! I went in with the worst migraine to the The Body Gallery in Midland and speak to Chayo Navarrete she is the best person to do that piercing she experienced on that cuz I got... both mine ear pierced! So cut the story short when I got mine right side down cuz that where most of my migraine hits, I felt like a rush though my head that it lifted everything away! It's hard to explain! But I think well I know it was the best thing I did! Even thought it my second day but I feel different like the sunlight was hard on me cuz it would make my head hurt or loud noise! I had my Daith done two days ago. I was suffering from a 2 day migraine. I was miserable! Upon arriving at The Body Gallery, Chy greeted me at the door. She and the staff answered all my questions and explained step by step the procedure. I was very impressed at the research Chy had done and had complete confidence that I was in good hands. The procedure was over in about ten minutes. I felt immediate relief in my shoulders and within a few minutes I had no migraine symptoms. I haven't had any pain from the procedure or a migraine since. I want to thank Chy for being so professional and for helping people, like myself, eliminate such pain.
