Absolutely horrible. My tattoo got infected and half of it fell off. Where the ink fell off, there is now a lot of scaring. Went to the shop and asked for my money back, but was told that it was my fault the tattoo messed up. He offered to fix it, but there is no way I'm letting them touch me again. Crystal and Oliver are absolutely wonderful people. Everyone is the shop (while we were there) treated us like friends and "family" immediately. "Kartoon Karl" was in the shop and Adam was in town for the weekend. Our experience was memorable and the work done by Oliver was grand! Tattoo shop is a gem in Midland. You get straight up honest service and feedback on your ideas. Oliver is thorough and meticulous in his work. He is hysterical and had us laughing the entire time. As he himself admits in his own review: expect raunch and language... But know you will have to concentrate on being still other wise you'll roll out of the chair or off the stool laughing. Oliver is an amazing artist. I brought an picture of the base idea and he transformed it into exactly what I wanted. His prices are very reasonable and he's super fast. No, this is not your artsy fartsy, vegan, mocha latte swilling type of tattoo shop. It's an adult shop where adult language is used. Tip: don't even THINK about bringing under age children in. Went in super scared bc of my last tattoo Oliver helped me get over my fear and get a tattoo I've wanted for many years but was just simply too scared. He has a very light touch unlike most tattoo artist. He was fast and affordable but most of all did amazing work. Stopped by to see if they carried any body jewelry and had the worst experience. Maybe you don't carry any body jewelry and that is completely fine. All you had to do was show a lill southern hospitality and explain that you didn't carry any jewelry. But when you work in the public and someone that grew up in Midland and knows more people than you can imagine walks into your shop and asks if you know of another place you could suggest since they haven't lived in Midland in 4 ...years. To be down right rude and offensive and offer zero assistance. Just goes to show why your shop is completely empty at 4:00 PM with no clients and no one to wanting you to sling ink. When the same shop was owned by Larry Morrison you Oliver would have done well by taking a few lessons on customer satisfaction, customer perception, friendly conversation, and honest hometown loyalty. Luis is a great tattoo artist and does some sick shading. But the guy that owns it, Oliver, is a total prick. He's moody and won't let you go sit with your friend/lover when getting a tattoo.
