VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS PLACE... Went in 2 weeks ago and had a cover up started. Was told by "artist", to wait 2 weeks and come back to finish it. I have been trying for 4 days now to get ahold of him. I stopped by the shop on Tuesday, waited an hour for him to show because the other "artist" said he was on his way. Texted the artist that did the work, no return contact. Called his personal cell phone several times, no answer and no way to leave a message. Called the shop on Wednesday, "oh yeah, he's on his ...way in, I'll have him call you". Never heard from anyone. Went back up there Thursday, was told, oh yeah, "he called about 3 and said he would be in", it was 9pm and he still wasn't there. I paid this POS $500 cash to start the tattoo and was told that I would have another 5 to 6 hours in the chair (another $600). I got my tragus pierced a couple of days ago at the Garland location and the ball came off somewhere in my room and I can't find it. I went in to the Mesquite location to buy another horseshoe so that I can use the ball from it on my earring, the guy that was there was so rude. Everytime I tried to tell him what I was looking for he would cut me off. Telling me that he's not a piercing expert; well you don't have to be to sell me jewelry. He then says it's not Starbucks you c...an't bring it back if you don't like it or if it don't fit. Well why would I bring it back if I just want the balls off of it and even a slow person knows you don't change your jewelry 2 days from getting the initial piercing so it didn't need to fit. I just needed the balls so that this horseshoe doesn't come out while I'm sleeping. He needs to learn to shut up and listen to what a customer is asking instead of cutting them off when they talk and constantly rolling his eyes. I went back to fine line to get my tattoo fixed and my new artist, Serv, (who I will go to for ever tattoo I get) was AMAZING. he charged me NOTHING to fix my tattoo. he kept assuring me that I didn't have to pay him and as an artist he wanted me to be happy with my art. the final result was beautiful. Terrible tattoo, disgusting environment. First thing we noticed was every employee smoking dope and cigarettes out front when we showed up. Next the piercing/front desk girl was making food at the tattoo station 3 feet from where Jon was doing my tattoo. She was dumping cans of chili into a gallon of ramen noodles that smelled bad, not to mention the health department violation taking place. Anyway I ended up with a bad tattoo the halo is crooked and the right wing is twice as dark as the left. Actually there were parts of the outline missing on the left. He said just come by if you need a touch up... Until he saw the pictures and wouldn't let me come back to fix the terrible job. I went here thinking it would be as professional as the other location in Garland, as they were too busy to get me in. Boy was I wrong!! These people really give tattoo artists a bad name, unprofessional isnt even the word for it. I'm not sure, but I think these guys are skinhead nazis, if not they sure give the impression that they are, I heard the "N" word several times in the short time I was there. I felt so uncomfortable right when I walked in the door. Not only was the girl tattoo artist (Elle, or Ellie) super snotty and condescending toward me, but the place was a dump!! It didnt look like the floor had been mopped in five yrs, there was clutter and greasy bike or barber chair part strung out in the lobby, and it just down right smelled bad in there. I'm pretty sure the girl had been drinking too as I smelt it on her breath. Needless to say I left very quickly never to return,. please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!! Read Less
