I researched our area and found Ink Inc.Over time, four years, she did not take care of those piercings and we had to return to have them redone. No problem says Ink Inc -- they were happy to help us! Cory was our man, he did an excellent job at re-piercing her ears and suggested tea tree oil for healing & pain relief. Cory did a great job with my piercings which are more complex than most ear piercings! I can tell he is experienced, and he took his time to help me find the perfect placement for my anti tragus and faux rook. Went in for a consultation and new tattoo. Service was very prompt and the artist (& owner) even put my tattoo before how own dinner. He was very conversational and not only did I get a great tattoo but I had a great time and a great laugh. Pricing was beyond competitive, if not down right and beyond dirt cheap compared to other shops. Not that the price reflects on the quality of work done. I got my nipple pierced here because it closed up. It was done so much better than the place I had it done the first time. He took his time to make sure the placement was correct, and the actual piercing was done so quickly it was over before I knew it. So happy with it! I had a horrible experience here. It was my first tattoo, so I called ahead and told Mike (the owner) what I wanted- a simple moon design of the different phases. To that he replied "I do that all the time, no problem." When I arrive I tell Mike again what I would like and he goes to the back to sketch it out. He comes back a few minutes later saying that he doesn't understand what I want. I carefully explain it to him over and over what I would like, but he doesn't get it. H...e sketched it multiple times, but it wasn't not what I had just explained to him. It is a very simple design, and I was so confused why an artist couldn't figure out how to draw a moon phase. He comes back and tells me to sketch it for him, so I go into the back. I start measuring everything out to make sure it looks good, but he tells me "it doesn't have to be perfect don't worry about it." So, I draw a rough sketch so he knows what I want. After this he prints out MY design, which like I said before was a rough sketch, and he puts it on my side on my upper ribs. I notice that even the center circle is not perfect and ask him if he will fix it, but he tells me "you didn't draw a perfect circle." I became very flustered as this was my first experience and wasn't sure how to react. I pointed out that some of the lines weren't perfect and wobbly, but he assured me it would be fine. I should have seen all of the red flags and walked right out, but I stayed. The final product features wobbly lines, uneven circles, and no symmetry. I highly recommend you read the google and fb reviews for Ink, Inc. before making your decision. While others here may have had a bad experience, I was very impressed. I could tell these guys really care about their work. While I was waiting, I observed Rob advise a potential client to wait to get his tattoo because the guy was planning on starting weight training to bulk up. He told him to come back once he got the size he wanted so it wouldn't impact the quality of the tattoo. My tattoo artist was JC. He was super sweet and didn't make me feel bad for being so particular about about how I wanted my tattoo to look. The price was very reasonable and the end result came out great. I have 2 tattoos from Ink Inc, one done by Rob and one by Mike C. Both experiences were great from the start, and I LOVE my tattoos. This place is clean and welcoming, not your average seedy, pin-up girl, hard core rock-n-roll, sketchy tattoo parlor if you know what I mean. The guys are experienced artists, you can tell they take pride in their work. I always say the people I want to be perfectionists in my life are my oral hygienist and my tattoo artist. These guys are perfectionists. Their prices are reasonable/comparable. I felt very at ease when I was in the chair, my tattoos came our gorgeous, and under their care my skin healed beautifully. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My wife and I got matching tattoos, Roman numerals of our anniversary. It is the first tattoo I've had in 20 years. Let's start with the positives:  1. Clean-I'm not sure why this is always a positive, I guess people think tattoo studios are supposed to be dirty. 2. Friendly staff-Mike(think he is the owner) did our tattoos and he is a very nice guy. That's it for the positives. The negs:1.  Tattoo was a stencil. Should have been easy-squeezy. My experience, lettering is one of the first things a tattoo artist learns to perfect. And if you're good, can hand draw letters better than stencils. 2.  When he was finished, I could tell it needed touchups, but I thought well, I'll let it heal and then have him finish up. 3. See photos. First one is the day after. Second one is healed, AFTER I went back and had him touchup. 4. After he touched it up, I decided I will not let him touch it again. I don't know if I will try to cover it with something, or if I will have someone else try to correct his terrible mistakes. Not one letter is the same size as the other. 5.  My recommendation:  just because it's clean and they're friendly doesn't mean they do good work. I'd rather go somewhere that smelled a little and the guy, or girl, was rude, but did good work. Read Less

My husband and I went in to get simple tattoos, and I also wanted my second holes on my ears pierced. We told them what we wanted. I wanted two crosses that were 1 1/2 inches tall, one on each side by my ears. I went in knowing that I was going to pay $50 for the shop minimum, but I wanted the tattoo so it didn't matter to me. However, after I told the artist what I wanted and after my husband had also consulted with the guy, the artist literally took at least 20 minutes to draw out our tattoos and present them to us. There was hardly anyone at the shop. It definitely doesn't take 20 minutes to draw two lines (my cross) and my husband's tattoo (outline of a cross). After we talked to the artist about what changes need to be made, he went back to the back and made us wait even longer before he let us know that my tattoo was going to be $60! The staff was just so nonchalant about the people there. It was definitely the cocky- tattoo-artist attitude that I've seen before. They don't care about our time, they obviously take customers for suckers (which was conveyed with our price quote for the FOUR LINES I wanted), and they don't think they need the people that want their business. Dunno about the previous reviews about quality and cost, but I sure did well with them tonight! A friend had a piece done this evening and, after seeing it, I had to stop by. It was close to 10 PM and they still got me in for two of my ideas and, after some suggestions and a bit of editing, we settled on a very fair price (120 for lettering on both arms) and got to work. The owner, Mike, did the cutting and an hour and a half later it comes out clean! I've been spoiled already by Aasylum in Galveston and Ink, Inc. meets their mark. Got a new go-to local studio! I've gotten a few piercings from Evan here, and he's absolutely fantastic. I made the mistake, however, of thinking it would be a good idea to get tattooed here. Not only did my artist not wash his hands, but he kept touching the screen of his phone--WITH his gloves on--while he was tattooing me. Disgusting. The end result was a blotchy, blown-out tattoo that looks like it was drawn on with a Sharpie that bled. I, of course, should have walked out before the needle even touched my skin. I went in and was assigned to Rob. I explained what we wanted, he drew it up with in minutes and I was in the chair. He's not heavy handed so the pain was nothing like my first tattoo at another place. I had a feather with lettering done at the base of my neck and it looks beautiful! The colors are vibrant and the letters are super smooth. I'm going back this weekend to have Rob start on my sleeve after meeting him for a consultation and giving him a pic that I wanted. He drew is up that same night and sent me a text for a preview. It's dead on and I can guarantee the tattoo is going to be beautiful. I highly recommend him! Read Less
