Meranda is the most amazing piercer!! I warned her about my previous TWO bad experiences piercing my nose. She was gentle and professional and by far the BEST piercing experience I've ever had. I went here to pierce my nose and the experience was TERRIBLE. She tried to pierce me with a hook jewelry and tried to claim that my cartilage was too thick when she was the one piercing way too high on my nostril and I assumed since she's a piercer she knows better. She also, stabbed me 3 times and tried to yank the hook one through and eventually realized it wasn't happening and then used a stud which wasn't straight so the jewelry wouldn't stay on my face correctly. The whole side of my face was sore the next morning and my head hurt so bad. I have been trying to get a refund and they keep telling me the owner will contact me but I haven't gotten anything. And yes, I took the jewelry out and went to another shop which I have gotten other piercings and they even said that they had done a terrible job. NEVER AGAIN! Read Less

I went with a friend to get her nostril pierced and the people there were very friendly and patient. Meranda did her piercing and took her time to place the needle in the right spot. She also took the time to walk my friend through every step and made everyone very comfortable. So, i can not vouch for the tattoos but the lady that did my piercing (Meranda) did a great job! She made me feel comfortable the whole time and she was very thorough, letting me know about different sizes of jewelry thatd work best for me, etc. I could definitely tell she knew what she was doing! I hate negative reviews, but I also believe honest reviews are important. My siblings and I wanted to get "family" tattoos together. We all live in different cities. We were finally together and decided last minute to get one that same evening. We looked online and found this place with a high rating, mind you it was only 5 reviews (First sign it may not have been the best place to choose) Oh, did I say this would be our FIRST tattoo.....Our tattoo artist was Dallas and we were a party of 8 and he agreed to take us all late that evening. Second sign that something was off.....Most experienced tattoo artist won't take that many people right before closing. They know their work takes time. By the way, these are all things I have learned after the fact. So always do research on your artist and the shop before committing to something so permanent. We came with ideas of what we wanted to get and he shot down a lot of them and now we know why. He may not have been tattooing very long and was not comfortable with what we wanted. Mind you, we all wanted fairly small tattoos.  Third sign things would not end well. I do appreciate the fact that he knew his limits, but maybe he should have been honest with what he was really capable of. After that night I couldn't even look at what I got or tell people. I was embarrassed. My first tattoo and it was ugly and crooked.  I couldn't believe that I had allowed myself to be tattooed without doing research and knowing the limitations of my tattoo artist. I am also upset with the others working the shop. I clearly asked them for a portfolio and they gave me the run-around. They told me "look on facebook". NONE of Dallas' work was on Facebook. They also knew he was probably still an apprentice and could have said so. I feel like my siblings and I spent a night in prison and got prison tattoos. None of them look good, they are crooked, missing color and poor quality. We don't want them "fixed" or touched up by the original artist. If he couldn't get them right the first time why would we put ourselves in the same place a second time. Now we have to pay to have them corrected or modified from our original ideas just to clean up what we got. Lesson's learned, go with your gut. If it doesn't feel right DON'T move forward. If your artist doesn't have a portfolio DON'T move forward. If most of your ideas don't gel with the artist DON'T move forward. RESEARCH before you get something permanent on your body, the time and effort will be worth it in the long run Read Less

Got my rook pierced here last week, walk-in on a Tuesday so no long wait or anything like that.   The only expectation I have of tattoo and piercing places is that they are clean... I honestly don't care if the staff is rude, as long as he or she does a good job.  That said, the place was clean, the staff was nice, and I was out of the place within 10 minutes.  My rook piercing was $40, which was reasonable to me considering another place down the street quoted me $55.
