This is my 3rd tattoo with Adrian.. just got it yesterday, I'm in the healing process.. I read alot of people saying they are very rude and unprofessional, I have never heard anything bad or rudeness when I'm there. You don't go to tattoo shops to make friends. You just want a Good tattoo and that's why they are there for. Maybe they might be short in conversation when you asking for a tattoo piece, but let's be realistic, they have no time to be wasting, they have appointments and let's be clear, if you want a tattoo you should go with a clear perspective of what you want and not be sure what or where do you want it and be asking them ALL THIS QUESTIONS, straight to the point guys. I had heard so many good reviews from this place and I'm pretty disappointed. I went in for two studs one per nostril. As I got marked for the piercings the piercer asked me if I was good with the placement, I noticed it was off and told him if he could correct it -which apparently landed on deaf ears because he pegged it to my nostril saying no nostril will ever be the same, no face is symmetrical, I get that, but get my piercings aligned. After feeling reassured that they were "aligned", no adjustment made as said just told me my nose didn't have a crevice, I got them done. In that moment I was pleased, I hadn't noticed the difference, up until I got home and smiled. The one I asked to be adjusted is definitely 2 cm off. Please PLEASE listen to your goddamn customer, overpriced and stubborn. Spent 40 and I'm gonna have to take it out and wait for it to heal, wasted my time and money. Read Less

I always thought tattoo/piercing shops had to focus heavily on customer service in order to succeed as a business. I honesty have no idea how this place keeps enough customers to remain open.As we walked in the two girls at the desk were sitting down facing eachother, chatting while playing on their phones. They barely looked up from their phones, let alone get up from their seats to greet us. I asked if I could pay a piercer to put in an earring for me, as it was a challenging piece to put in myself. They responded with, "I don't think so, but you can wait and ask when he's done with his client." My girlfriend also asked if they had any pictures or ideas for an ear piercing she was looking to get done. They looked at her like they were annoyed and simply said, no. The piercer reluctantly agreed to put the piece in for me, who also acted annoyed that I even came in.I will never be returning, and was just amazed by the absence of customer service in a small business. This place is terrible. I went to get words added next to my cross tattoo I already had. While I was there decided to get the cross re-colored. It was 15 years old and was really in good shape just wanted the colors brightened, in retrospect it was an awful idea bc it looked good before but I wanted to make sure it matched the shade of the new words I was putting around it. It now looks AWFUL. Now it has spots wear my skin shows through, like there is no f-ing ink there. Plus where there STILL is any color it's waaaaaay duller than it EVER was before. So I went to get it brighter and it's somehow ended up waaaaaay duller than it was before she ever touched it. It WAS 15 yrs old but you'd have never known, NOW it looks 50 years old you'd never know it was re-done a week ago. Now I have a disaster on my arm where I had a beautiful tattoo before. Can't even go back and force them to fix it bc I was on vacation and am on my way home 800 miles away. So have to go home and fork out MORE money to fix a tattoo that wasn't screwed until they touched it. Don't know the name of the "artist" but she was a white girl in her 20s. She was also rude as sh**. Run from this place. The other guy (young Hispanic guy) there was at least friendly gave my son a cupcake while he waited for the girl to destroy my arm. So if you need a good cupcake this is your place...need a tattoo run to somewhere else. Read Less

Went in to get a belly piercing a couple years ago, Girl who was at desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Got pierced anyway, piercer was much nicer and professional. Fast forward to present time, called in to get a quote for another piercing girl who answered phone was rude and condescending when I asked specific questions about piercing. Long story short if you want to be treated like crap by the female who works the desk, this is the place for you. I WON'T be giving this place any of my business!! Read Less

Have done my research and got my tattoo done with Carlos. Straightforward and blunt, but this guy knows what he's doing. Tattoo came out badass and detailed. I'm only speaking of my own experience but it was not positive. We are from out of town and the tattoo shop was near our hotel. My husband decided to get his tattoo for our daughter. We have plenty of tattoos I'm only saying that because the guy that half-assed attended to us asked my husband, "Is this your first tattoo?" We are professionals and our tattoos don't typically show. Plus, my husband can't have his tattoos showing at his job. I found that rude and off putting. He seemed like he was having a bad day or something but after reading the other reviews I can assume he's always that rude. The signs everywhere were so unnecessary...NO PICTURES FUCK YOU VERY MUCH and KIDS WILL BE CONTROLLED OR YOU WILL LEAVE. I once got a thigh tattoo that took 6 hours to complete, my own children weren't with me but there were kids in the shop and they didn't bother me at all. He was just awful. I can't testify to the quality of his work as he "dismissed" us almost at once but his people skills and customer service are beyond lacking. I've seen mixed reviews about this shop, but I still went ahead and gave them a chance.I can honestly say they went way beyond my expectations, and did remarkarble work. I have had lots of compliments, and have always been asked where I went due to the amazing detail. When I was there I did see customers that would walk in not knowing what they wanted. Maybe thats why some people feel they're rude, but seriously as a customer you should know what you're going to get. I definitely recommend this place. Also do know you pay for what you get. I don't know where people be gettin all that noise from on how they don't do good work but they obviously either dumb as f*ck or they goin to the wrong place! I've gotten literally all my tattoos done there and I can honestly say that I love every single one of them! All the work is original and done exactly how you ask for it! Had gotten a 300$ Aztec sun calendar and the detail done on it is AMAZING! They all be good artists, pero you gotta hit up mi hermano Adrian Morales, he's worked on all my tattoos and has done incredible work on all of them! Well worth it, would never go anywhere else! I trust their designs and finished products completely. Regardless of which artist you get, a quality product will be the result. I am grateful for finding true artists with vision and talent. This place sucked. The people were kind of nice but I brought in my own sketch of what I wanted and he did it 1. smaller than I had wanted and 2. it doesn't look even remotely like what I drew.
