It's a small tattoo parlor. 3 artists and one does both piercing and tattoos. Jake is my artist. He's very good. He will talk to you and make sure you get what you want. But he will be honest if there is a problem with the image if you bring one in. He works at a steady pace and didn't take any breaks for the three hours he worked on me. I came in on a Friday afternoon -after messaging Ryan Green that I was on my way from Mud-County.... I arrived within 30 minutes and he was gone. I waited about 20 minutes and he finally came back We discussed what I was looking for in a tattoo/ artist. I gave him my $100 deposit and booked my appointment for two weeks out - as this would give him plenty of time to draw up my tattoo and send me some pictures and adjust accordingly to meet my expectations Well... after many a...ttempts to contact him..... he continually ignored my messages. He answered one question and then told me he would send what he " was working on" the next day..... which of course never happened Finally, two day before my appointment I tell him to just forget it and that I want my money back since he has done nothing and wouldn't even communicate with me (That was at 8pm at night) The next morning I wake up to a message from him with a picture of "what he had so far" Which would have been great to start with a week and a half prior!!! Honestly- I think he quickly drew some crap up in a short amount of time and sent it to me just to have a fighting chance at keeping the $100 And obviously he needs it more than I do if he treats all clients this way And what he drew up for me was an insult to my requests Thank God I didn't use him and let him ruin my body!!! I hate to leave bad posts like this- but sometimes people need to be called out when they are shady and don't conduct good business Not to mention- he wasted 2 weeks of my time that I could have been shopping around for someone truly worthy of my time and money!!! So I just left this place and totally fell in love! I went to spirit house tattoo for a lip piercing then came to Ryan to finish a tattoo of mine (which turned out awesome!) and aparently spirit house totally screwed up my lip by placing jewlery in my lip that in no possible way could have been sterilized before hand and I didn't even realize it..They fixed it for me and I'm truly grateful for that! HANDS DOWN best shop around!! As clean and sterile as a hospital. All of the artists and apprentices are so professional and will make your experiences as comfortable as possible. Not to mention their amazing ability to turn your ideas into wonderful pieces of art that you will have FOREVER. The shop isnt an open concept, which means a lot of people you dont know wont be standing around watching you get tattooed. Theres Never been anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Ryan Green started tattooing me in 2008 and he's the only one I trust with my skin. I'm constantly getting complimented and stopped everywhere I go with people asking who does my work ;) it's a wonderful feeling!
