I would give this place a 0. Few years ago an artist who worked at university ink named Bill Freeman was supposed to do a tattoo for me. He said he was drawing it up and every week I would call him an...
I would give this place a 0. Few years ago an artist who worked at university ink named Bill Freeman was supposed to do a tattoo for me. He said he was drawing it up and every week I would call him and he would keep pushing it back. I gave him a $300 deposit for it and he never did my tattoo. I went to the shop to talk to the owner about how to resolve this issue but he said it wasn't their problem.
For years now I still try to contact that artist but he never answers me. Finally found him on Facebook and I messaged him and guess what he blocks me.
If they hired this sketchy artist who else do they have.
