I am a loyal customer of Identity. Four our of my five tattoos have been done by the artists and I am tremendously happy with all of them. The shop has a friendly atmosphere and professional attitude....
I am a loyal customer of Identity. Four our of my five tattoos have been done by the artists and I am tremendously happy with all of them. The shop has a friendly atmosphere and professional attitude. All of the artists have facebook fan pages and they recently started posting designs that anyone can call about and get for a hundred dollars, (I could be wrong about the price but I do know that it is low), on a first come first served basis so that they can do a tat in the design they prefer to work with. The only real criticism I have is that you will need to CALL for an appointment because, like others have said, this shop doesn't respond to the people that walk in promptly enough. They don't have a receptionist and if they are busy you won't be acknowledged for a while. (This is why I give them a 2 on service.)

I have had one complete tattoo done at Identity Ink and have been working with the owner, Tiffer, for months on a half sleeve. Every time I call or go into the shop I feel welcome and like I am a part of the Identity Ink tattoo family. The artists are very good at what they do and enjoy what they do. A clean workspace and friendly environment will keep me going to Identity Ink for tattoos as long as I live in Lubbock.

Great place! Very friendly. Tiffer was very patient and answered all my questions before starting. He took his time and gave me a great tatoo. Very fun atmosphere. All for a great price. I would recommend making an appointment rather than just walking in. They leave plenty of time for each appointment and won't try to squeeze in a walk in customer at the expense of their appointments. I like that.

Waited 15 minutes for anyone to even address me. The worst part was there were 3 employees just sitting around while 1 was working on someones tattoo. So I waited, and waited. Finally, after one emplo...
Waited 15 minutes for anyone to even address me. The worst part was there were 3 employees just sitting around while 1 was working on someones tattoo. So I waited, and waited. Finally, after one employee got another employees attention and asked if we had been helped (I don't know why he didn't just ask us himself, he was 4 feet away), a young guy came out to speak to me and said 'Have you been helped?' At that point I was just completely insulted. He had been sitting there since the moment I walked in the door, and then had the nerve to ask such a question. I talked to him for 2 minutes tops, said thank you and left.
I'd heard good things about ONE of their artists and hoped to get it done by her. But, I refuse to be treated so poorly by an establishment and then give them the $400 I ended up spending on my tattoo, and an additional $60 for tip.
So! I ended up going to Inkfluence, and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done! My tattoo is now all healed and looks AMAZING! If you're looking for a reputable, clean, skilled, and professional tattoo shop, just save yourself some time and head over to Inkfluence!

I LOVE this place- very fun and professional ppl. I had been in many stores around Lubbock, Dallas,an Fort Worth and most artist weren't as nice and up to par with my expectations (The artist were rushy with conversation, the store wasn't as clean or welcoming as I had expected, the tattoos were over priced ). Its my body and my tattoo ,a good experience- Clean store- Professional artist- Comfortable price for the tattoo THAT'S what I left with when I went to Identity Ink, oh yeah and a great lookin tattoo! I got my tat in 2008 and I will be going back for a second third and fourth visit.

Every time I call or go into the shop I feel welcome and like I am a part of the Identity Ink tattoo family. The artists are very good at what they do and enjoy what they do.
