Yoshi is hands down the best tattoo artist! She did an amazing job on my shoulder tattoo. Yoshi is very detailed with her work. She did a cover up and you can't even tell it's a coverup. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get a tattoo.

I'm all about first impressions, and the guy up front sucked. I came in inquiring about a tattoo artist that had similar artistic flow as my old artist back in hawaii, but they were not available. He was more busy texting and reading on his phone then giving me some desired info. Just a "no they are not here..i think they come in around at a certain time" I was going to drop THOUSANDS to get another leg sleeve, but again the guy up front just sucked. Very monotone, and very into his phone. Rarely even acknowledged me coming in, let alone not giving me any info.

Crap crap crap. I'm a 100% disabled Vet looking for info on a tattoo in Lubbock. I messaged on fb they told me to email so I emailed and then they acted I like I bothered them. They can't even suggest an artist for a tattoo because all they do is $50 college kid tattoos. I wouldn't go here, I don't suggest anyone else go here. They talk in circles and aren't up to date with technology and today's customer.

My husband and I went in as walk-ins here and absolutely love our tattoos. They took their time working with us and personalizing our tattoos. My tattoo artist was Justin Mowray. He was awesome to work with, great artist and nice clean lines. Studio was clean as well. I will definitely be going back!

This review is based on the artist, not the shop itself. The shop is great! It's clean and cozy.. the bathroom could use a functional lock to prevent someone from walking in, but that's whatever.The artist, Yoshi, very talented. She's friendly and does a very good job at what you're looking for.. however, I give 3 stars because her professionalism slacks. Not once in my 5 appointments was she on time to meet me. Matter of fact, not even within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Never apologized either. If you have a big tattoo, make sure your full day is cleared. You will have 30 minute smoke breaks every now and again. Call the shop to get a hold of her. She's not very good at answering her own phone or replying to messages/voicemails. Again, very talented. Just don't expect to be her #1 priority.

My friend has gone here before and had great work done but this last time she just asked for a simple coffee cup tattoo on her finger. Granted it being a finger tattoo she knew it would eventually fad...
My friend has gone here before and had great work done but this last time she just asked for a simple coffee cup tattoo on her finger. Granted it being a finger tattoo she knew it would eventually fade but not a week after it was done. The service was horrible as soon as she was in the establishment she was disregarded and over looked because they assumed she didn’t want a tattoo. After finally gaining someone’s attention she showed the male artist what she wanted and as he rushes did a quick sketch that looked unlike what she showed him. During the tattoo he disregarded her wishes again and continued in a rush. The communication was very misinterpreted for the simple reason that he didn’t want to listen. Overall it was a very bad experience for a previous recurring customer who got has gotten her first and second tattoo here. Will not be going back.

Justin Mowray was my artist and he also did my buddy's tattoo. I just have to say that I couldn't have had a better experience. He did my new piece along with a touch up/cover up and it looks so much better than it did before. His line work is amazing, the previous Roman numeral was completely jacked and he made it look almost flawless. Will most definitely be going back.

Went in on a walk-in basis and was helped right away. Was able to get my tattoo drawn up and tattooed in an hour. Matt was an awesome artist and was able to give me exactly what I wanted and asked for. The other artist's that were there were very friendly and everyone was very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone and will be going back for more !
