I had a nostril piercing done by Kayla, she was so sweet, answered all of my questions very knowledgeably, and she makes sure you that you get exactly what you ask for. She also was thorough in explaining how to care for the piercing after. My tattoo was done by Jordan and I can say everything about him the same as Kayla. I love everything about Fugi's and have yet to have a sour experience. My only concern is one lady at the front desk, but everyone else is always so nice and helpful and make you feel like you're in great hands and, I can tell you, you are! They're very hygienic and do their job quick and nearly painlessly in terms of piercings. I have yet to get a tattoo, but I plan on going sometime soon. Kayla did my daith piercing and it was a really fun and easy experience. It was clean and professional and I would definitely recommend Kayla because of her experience and calming qualities ( if you get cold feet at the last minute or have a youngin’ She is calm steady and reassuring). Other piercing experiences have been a little nerve wracking but I was at ease and didn’t experience anything that I would call real pain... I think that’s the difference between someone who knows what they are doing and someone who doesn’t and is just as nervous as you! I will definitely come back. Since I can't write another review on Facebook I'll do it here. ���� This is the second piercing I've had done at fugi's and, just like last time, I am extremely happy with the expert service and piercing I got. Dylan was awesome like always and took his time to be sure my septum was pierced perfectly, even with a slightly deviated septum. I brought my 4yr old daughter in with us and while we were upstairs one of the shops girls sat and colored with her at the bar since she wanted to stay down there. When we came downstairs I found her and my daughter blaring "Let it go" on the radio and having a great time. She even hung up my daughter's coloring at the register. Love love love this place. We stopped in to see Chris for 3 tattoos. I personally had a blast while waiting. All the guys & ladies that work there were very professional but also very entertaining! My tat came out absolutely amazing and my wife's smoke out on her sleeve is over the top badass. Best piercer I've had by far!! I got my industrial done on my 18th birthday and Dylan was a blast! They have a very clean and organized piercing station and I never once felt uncomfortable! They made it feel like home and made a slightly scary situation turn into nothing. My piercing did hurt a little bit but that's because my cartilage is very thick � I'm going back to get a total of 5 new piercings and I won't go anywhere else! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I've h...ad my industrial for 6 months now and its amazing! Dylan told me all the things to look out for, and how to properly care for it! Due to my school not allowing piercings, I did take it out for school for about 10 minutes which is enough time to walk past the office and I regret it � it definitely prolonged the healing process. I did have a very bad time with keloids in the beginning, but they went away, until recently. I hit it pretty hard and it swole up and never went down, now on both sides of the "bottom" hole there are keloids that are very persistent to not go away � its not painful, just cosmetically annoying! I got my septum pierced by Dylan a few days ago. About the only good thing I can say is he did a great job and I love the way it looks. I've had lots of piercings before and was in no way tense or nervous until I met Dylan. His over the top, loud, and frankly obnoxious personality put me on edge and made me tense and uncomfortable and sent my husband running back to the car so he didn't say anything rude to the person putting a needle through my nose. OK first of all I recently decided I wanted my nipples pierced. Yesterday I decided was the day. I was very nervous because I've never had any piercings before. Dylan was quite the character. His very fun and upbeat personality put me at ease. The piercing room was very clean and orderly and all the necessary items were removed from sterile wrappings in front of me. Very professional. Dylan did my piercings very smoothly, though there was some initial pain from the needles going through, it fades quickly. I have gotten two piercings done here. My tragus done by Trish, which she did an amazing job. I was very nervous because I was for sure it was going to hurt, but it actually didn't hurt much at all. Trish was very gentle so that it went really smooth and easy. My helix piercing was done by Dylan, which I didn't feel this piercing AT ALL! Dylan is a super sweet gut who would be someone I'd like to be around all the time. He is the type that cheers you up when you are down in the dumps.
