On 3/3/17 I had a tattoo done by Douglas Billian at Motor City Tattoo Convention in Detroit, Michigan . I would not recommend him. Approximately a week after the tattoo i noticed that what I thought was bruising was not going away and the lines were blurry and the black in the flowers was smeared into the colors. I went to the hospital E.R. only to find out that there was noting they could do. I had what they call "blow outs". Douglas and I agreed to fix at the Columbus Tattoo Convention in Columbus, Ohio on 4/30/17. The day before leaving for Columbus he called and canceled. We had to contact his sponsor and then Douglas did work on it on 4/30/17. He added birds and different colors to hide the blowouts. He couldn't finish that day he needed to add more birds and color to the back of the arm,We agreed to finish in August at Detroit convention , but he was leaving the country on 7/24/17, so we agreed to finish on 7/1/17 in Texas. Two days before he cancelled and stated that he was not going to finish that he was done. So I did not get the vine of beautiful red roses that I wanted for years. I am going to have to have a full sleeve to hide the blowouts. I lost the airfare. Read Less
