I tried to contact artist for 1week to schedule use of a $100 deposit with no response. I called the shop and was told the manager would call me with no response. I msg'd on facebook and was told artist would call me but didn't. I kept msging eventually told personnel were on leave on a fri and would get back with me mon and again no response. I msg'd if that mon was the wrong mon. I have yet to either schedule use of my deposit or obtain a refund for nearly a month.

Just went and got my labret piercing done. It looks cute. I was scared at first but got it done. Highly recommend to go to Slaughter house tattoo in Killeen.

I drove almost 2 hours to come here for a tattoo. I use to live here in Killeen years ago and won't get ink anywhere else. Even my mother gets her ink done here as well!

My first and second experiences were both terrible.
Got my septum done last night for my birthday. Their peircer was in a hurry, and pierced it COMPLETELY CROOKED. So now I have to live with this monstrosity because they refuse to fix it.
Went to slaughterhouse two years ago and the guy who did my tattoo ruined it, they fired him and tried to charge me $100 to touch it up as well.
DO NOT GO HERE EVER UNLESS YOU NEED TO PEE SO URGENTLY YOU WOULD DIE.

I will NEVER come here again. I went to add some color to my SIXTH tattoo and it is heeling horribly. I have large scabs in multiple parts of the tattoo, with on containing a gash in it. I have several sore spots in the tattoo that hurts for me to touch. The ink is also peeling in many areas. Now the heeling process is going to take double the time to heel. It looks so bad that I dont even want to show it i keep it covered up. Now I have to wait probably a few months for someone somewhere else to fix it for me. Now I know I cant get my money back and I damn sure dont want no one from here to fix it. I AM LIVID. Yall payong up front policy needs to change so no one else goes there what I am going through.

I have multiple scars with ink missing and have a bump under my skin in once place with an open gash in it. It is going to take me longer to heel just so I can go elsewhere to get it fixed. I don't even like looking at it because it is upsetting and I keep it covered up

My husband Angel Soto took me there five years ago to get my tattoo is a huge one piece that starts from my foot, up my leg, curves at the hip, goes across my back and comes out my shoulder. His price was 100 times better than here in Austin even with the trips. People stop me all the time and compliment me on how good the art work is. Will definitely be going back to him no one else.
