If I could give zero stars I would. I came in for their Friday the 13th special. I was told there were 7 people in front of me. 2.5+ hours, and 8 people, later I still didn't get my tattoo done. When I asked the owner how much longer the wait was she told me there are SEVEN people ahead of me. Not exactly sure how that's possible, but okay. I told her I was leaving and asked if I could get my paperwork with my DoD number on there. Didn't even get my paperwork. Very disappointing! Read Less

I went in for my first tattoo and was very impressed with the staff and service here! Venom did my tattoo. His friendly and lighthearted vibes put me at ease through the whole thing and he gave me an incredible price. My tattoo healed very fast and I had no trouble with it at all. He was VERY sanitary through the whole process and talked me through the after care any time I had a question. I would go back here in the future and have been recommending them to anyone and everyone that asks. Five star place hands down! Read Less

I had a really good experience! I was looking for a place to get my ears stretched and decided to make this shop one of my stops. Happened to be my last one because I had no need to check anywhere else lol. The shop was clean and we'll kept. I didn't get the run around or anything when I asked about gauging. Ashleigh was ready to answer any question I had. From reassurance of the shops cleanliness and sanitation procedures, to how stretching works. I was given advice on where to purchase plugs, tapers and how to care for my ears. Even when she was stretching my ears she made sure I was comfortable with each taper inserted. It is a clean looking place with everything in the open, tattoo chairs, waiting area, flash walls, counter, all in undivided space. Staff just didn't seem that knowledgeable and got a bit of a bad "vibe" that put me off enough to not get anything done there. I took my daughter (14) to get a small stud in her nose. I had messaged the shop thru their Facebook page and the person who responded answered all of my questions before we made the drive over. The staff was very friendly and thorough and went over how to care for the piercing. The shop is small but clean, with a relaxed environment. Nate did our (wife and I) tattoos and he did an amazing job. He was respectful and nice. The shop is very clean and smells great. Definitely will be going back for more tattoos and a nose piercing. The people in there have great personalities and make you feel comfortable. Your privacy is protected especially when getting a piercing. They are super sanitized people. Ariel (I think is her name, Nates sons girlfriend) was very sweet. She welcomed us before we even made it to the door. She makes you laugh and smile.
